Radisson Blu Royal Hotel  

Very quiet location in an otherwise busy location. Good rooms on the business class floor. Nespresso machines in the rooms is a good touch. Business class lounge is also very nice.

The drain in shower was blocked. We were told it was fixed when it wasn't. Staff did not offer any compensation for this inconvenience in a business class room. Service in the hotel bar was very slow, however staff were all very friendly.

For me and my family it was perfect exact what we where hoping for. Exe lent hotel and special the location was perfect !

Beautiful rooms decorations and furnitures, nice and large appartements, good and generous breakfast, excelent staff.

Very nice and comfortable hotel of high standard. Elegant foaje and lifts and with lovely atrium setting. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and serviceminded staff. Absolutely a good choice for travellers appreciating quality and good service. Also well assorted breakfast to suit all types of travellers, and hotel is well centrally situated, pretty close to Grand Place.

If I would have had to pay the full room fee, I would have been even more disappointed for sleeping on a worn out matras.

Great location, walking distance to main shopping area "rue nueve" and Grand Place. Very lovely staff. Room is very cosy and somewhat clean.

A little over priced

Centrally located, the hotel is within 5-7 minutes walk to Catherdrale St. Michel et St. Gudule, Galeries Royale St. Hubert, Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. We were able to book the Business Class rooms at a discounted price and are well worth it...they are elegantly decorated, spacious and very comfortable. There is also a lounge located on the floor with free non-alcoholic drinks and fruit, so you or your kids can have a quick snack if necessary.

Front desk and breakfast room staff have a cold demeanor about them.

The hotel seems to be just rennovated and quite new and clean. The rooms have a decent size and the bathroom hasa real shower. Breakfast is good but overpriced.

Parking 30 Euros / night is not acceptable and bryond any justification

We enjoyed comfortable stay. Room was clean, staffs were kind.

Regarding car-parking, Radisson has not much capacity. So guests who come by car had better arrive early to keep parking space.

Before our travel, the staff, Jack was very very kind to answer our question every time. So we are very relieved. And also every staff were kind. Location of Radisson Blu Royal Hotel is very good near the Gland Place.
