excellent value for money and great location, spacious room! always great to have a gym at disposal to do some work out!
Wifi wasn't working always, the gym is a bit small!
The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Food at the bar and the breakfast was very good and the staff at the bar and at breakfast were very helpful and quick to attend to our request. Location was quite good as it is not very far from the centre.
The reception staff were not consistent. During our stay there were trainees who came up with the same excuse that they were new so that our questions were forwarded to someone with more experience. Also, we asked information about a taxi to drive us to our next destination. They confirmed at the reception that price was fixed at Eur 125 and when the taxi driver asked us to pay the bill, it was a nice Eur 287. We could not complain because when we informed the taxi driver that the price was not as indicated, he said that it was too late since we were already at the destination. We found this very unfair.
١- price 2- breakfast 3- clean 4-bus station 5- staf frindly
1- 3 km from grand palce and 400m from metro and nothing to do near but bus station 50 m 2-no swiming pool no free wifi
Very week wifi...
Location is excellent.
The rooms are dirty. The bathroom is filthy dirty. There were no bathrobes or slippers. The carpet was very dirty. I called room service to order food for my five year old and their answer was "the rooms are fully booked and there is no food at the moment". when we asked them to take our luggage down to the Lobby they said " get a trolley and help yourself". What kind of a hotel is this. Will never stay there again.
Best hotel for business, very close to European Parliament. The staff was very nice and helpful. This hotel was picked for a two day visit in Brussels and was a best choice. I recommend it for visiting.
Location was abit far
Room is spacious and well lit
Location is supposed to be downtown but it was 5 bus stops away from the city centre. The room had only a very small tv that was hung on the wall in the centre of the very big room where nobody could see anything. The staff are the worst. I made sure to arrive after the announced check in time and still they kept me and my family waiting for 50 min. With no proper justification. They checked in other guests that arrived after me and ridiculously enough they were training new staff while I was trying to check in who had no job knowledge at all which added to my waiting time. One of the receptionist that I once asked for directions described a totally wrong place that wasted my time and effort especially that I have young kids. One of the worst staff experience I have ever had
We could on have 4 electronic devices on wifi. Lady that works later in the day was not very friendly. Located in business, not close to sites you want to visit
comfortable and large room with nesessary facilities. friendly stuff.
Everything was awesome , specially high speed wifi for guests, complementary buffet breakfast, services, staff was very friendly and location is awesome
Very large room, clean, comfort. Breakfast buffet fresh and tasty.
The staffs were very polite and helpful. They helped us with useful information to discover the city very well. The breakfast menu was very good. We really liked it.
The sofa bed for sleeping two people was very uncomfortable. The water pressure for showering was not strong enough.
Nice, spacious room. Parking is convenient across the road from the hotel and free of charge for hotel guests.
We thought the location would be more central. You need a bus to go to shopping districts, musea etc.
Fantastic suite great for a family. Lovely meal too.
I had requested a room with a double bed, I found myself in a twin with a third (added) bed in the room leaving no space what so ever to more around. I had to ask to be moved to a proper room, which was implemented by the hotel staff in no time. Prices outside the low season are sky high because of vicinity with European Parliament.
Very nice location, close to city center. Hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, like all hotel. Personnel very friendly and attentive. I would say it was one of the nicest hotels I've been to.
Many room facilities, very clean close to the centre.
Large family room, relatively good location
Room and equipment are outstanding.
Window does not open.
Easy access by train, metro and bus, some restaurants nearby at Place de Luxembourg, 15 minutes walking distance to Avenue Louise, Sablon, Musée Magritte, very friendly staff
The staff was courteous. We did not have any problems regarding check in. The room was quite spacious and tidy. The breakfast was also good.
Bad WiFi signal, we had a problem with the toilet flusher.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Wifi in the room is stable.
The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak.
Nice spacious and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great stay.
The area around the hotel is not very happening for a city trip on the weekend, but then again, got a good price and it's not that far from the central areas of Brussels.
