部屋の広さ、設備ともに申し分なく快適に過ごせました。 掃除も行き届いていて、立地条件も良く、またブリュッセルにくることがあればぜひ泊まりたいです。

Very comfortable and convenient hotel

The welcome and the courtesy of the desk staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the room coupled with a quiet atmosphere. Also enjoyed having the BBC1 and BBC2 facility on the TV. There was a constant supply of hot water and the towels were fluffy and fresh. The Kadinsky and Magritte Exhibitions were excellent. Railway and bus staff were also very helpful.

Really very comfort room.

Not so close enough to the main square to go on foot. Air conditioning was not working so effectively. So I had to have windows open during the night and the street was a bit loud.

The hotel is comfortable, easy to access from the Center of town and located next to EU headquarters and some nice museums and parks.

When you first come to the hotel, you have to leave the car on the active road and go inside to figure out how to park.

Transport options good. Even the city bike rental has a bike rack very nearby. Walk to grand place is approx 30 mins...but can be pleasant. (Taxi 10 euro.) I did have an issue with the room (presentation) and the way it was dealt with was superb: great staff!

I think the bar and restaurant are unappealing: and I think this is because it appears expensive: so 'nobody' goes there. Breakfast costs 23 euro! A tiny tobelrone from mini bar in room costs 5 euro! Ouch! This gives me the impression that they are over-charging...

Safe location Right next to train & bus station so very easy to travel intercity or within Brussels

Food and drinks absolutely overpriced, on our second morning the breakfast restaurant looked like a war zone...it took them 10 minutes to get a table cleaned for us and we were surrounded by dirty tables

The price - excellent value. The room - well-appointed, comfortable, spacious. The service - helpful and friendly.

Nothing of any significance. In an ideal world the parking might be on the same side of the street as the hotel - but hey...

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Spacious room for family of four + bathroom with bath and shower!

It was a decent room with a very nice and spacious bathroom.

It was a bit far from the city center, although the bus stop was right next to the hotel, it was still not walkable from the city center.

Nice rooms , the location is excellent just next to eu Parliament and the Brussels Luxembourg Station. The bust stop is just a stone throws away and you get Bus to the City Center which takes around 10 mins

The staff had asked us to embark at Brussels Central station while the Brussels Luxembourg was just next to the hotel. But this is not a big deal as the Brussels Central is less than 10 mins away on Bust from the hotels

ComfortAble stay, direct link to airport via bus 12 or 21. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, very friendly. Good breakfast. Overall good value for money

Some of the sofas didn't feel clean, caused rashes in 2 of 4 travelers.

The staff is friendly and the rooms very complete, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short but also a longer stay.

If you do not hang the sign 'do not disturb', you do get disturb in the morning by the cleaning ladies.

Comfortable quiet room and it was well insulated. There was a gym which I used because outside was snowing.

Floor at the reception is very slippery.

The poor air-conditioner - it was cold in the room.

Helpful, friendly staff (with one exception). Good decor and restaurant. Free wifi in the room and throughout the hotel.

First room offered had dirty bedding and the drainage from the bathroom smelt terrible. However I was offered another room straightaway, with apologies from the staff.

Everything was excellent. The price satisfies the comfort.
