The room was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly The hotel was completely understaffed. I had to find someone from an office to book me in. It took about 30mins before someone took my order in the restaurant in the evening and over an hour before I got anything to eat. When my main course arrived, after about an hour and a half, it couldn’t be eaten. It was completely over cooked and the meat was so hard you couldn’t get a knife through it. |

Very friendly staff, excellent location in the middle of town, nice decoration in the room, good bed, excellent breakfast buffet Water pressure seemed to be a bit low in the shower |

Vriendelijk receptiepersoneel. Alles prima geregeld. Kinderbedje op de kamer zoals gevraagd. Jammer dat het zwembad (als het open zou zijn) niet toegankelijk is voor kinderen. |

goede ligging, leuke kamers, parkeermogelijkheid, erg stil (heerlijk!) tijdens ons verblijf voor een 4sterren hotel had het wat kleine minpuntjes. wc papier niet bijgevuld terwijl er 2 rolhouders hangen, 1x 'sochtends geen warm water en daar werd niets op uit gedaan, schoonmaakdame die om 9:00 aanklopt en als ik "halfnaakt" de deur open doe toch vraagt of ze kan schoonmaken, bepaalde zaken tijdens ontbijt laat of niet aanvullen, dat soort dingetjes... jammer dat ze rokerskamers hebben |

Ligging de kamer was te warm en zeer slecht verlucht, airco werkte maar onbruikbaar wegens te veel lawaai en slechte afstelling. Geen warm water in de badkamer!!? |
