Comfortable. Good room size. Yes, absence of street on navigation equipment and no recognition or warning of this on website. In my case it resulted in half an hour wasted in Hasselt trying to find it. |

good, firm bed, nice bathroom and facilities, we felt at home in this room! we could hear the lift, it was very hot the days before we came to the hotel and the aircon couldn't stay on at night because it was a bit to noisy so at night it got quite hot |

as we travel by car, the parking near the hotel with direct access was very convenient. the airconditioner was a disaster and no one seemed to be able to repair it. |

The rooms were very clean, but the towels were old! On arrival at hotel, we were advised hotel was fully booked, could only stay one night and they would not honour the price quoted in yr confirmation. Breakfast would be extra. Alternative accommodation wuld be found the following morning. This message was not passed on to the day staff who then confirmed we could stay Friday. Returning Saturday evening, we were again informed we were 'lucky' to be able to stay another night, but the price would be increased further, breakfast extra. A discussion was entered into again, and finally the hotel honoured our booking with booking.com at the original price. Due to a large motor racing event, of which we were part, we believe the hotel were trying to maximise its earnings at ours and others cost. |

It was central to shops and restaurants. No bath robes and slippers in superior room. No 'free paper' for three days out of four. Wall between bedroom and bathroom had see through glass. Dinner in restaurant poor.Breakfast served in room was cold. |

It are nice rooms, in the Radisson style. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. In the beginning we have received a smoking room, when we asked for a non smoking room, they changed without any problem. We wanted to go and eat something in the restaurant at 8pm but they didn't have room anymore. They didn't suggest any other alternative. Also the breakfast was really poor and even bad. There was not much choose, some fruit, eggs and bacon ... it’s not at all the Radisson experience that we are used to. any |

Staff in general quite good Hot water situation in bathroom is bad and dangerous. Temperature changes within less than a second to very hot, hot enough to burn someone. By instinctive reaction one might slip and fall. I had the same problem when I stayed there 1,5 years ago. The front desk manager told me that 'they are still working on it'. Maybe they will get more motivated when something serious happens one day. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the perfect breakfast buffet, great value for money. Although we had requested a non-smoking room, we were told at the reception that the only rooms they had left were smoking rooms. We arrived a little after 6 p.m., which is not that late, I would think. |

zeer vriendelijk onthaal - prima service (kinderbedje op kamer - kinderstoel bij ontbijt) - zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt - zeer mooie kamers (design) - gratis internet op kamer is een topper! geen enkele klacht te melden! |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de balie, voldoende comfortabele kamer en uitstekend gelegen op een steenworp van de winkelstraten. De ramen van de kamer konden slechts beperkt geopend worden. |

Supermooi en goed hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Modern hotel. Liften zijn slim en komen snel. Zeer centraal in het centrum van Hasselt. Geen klokje op de kamer (als ik over zo'n detail iets zeg, dan geeft dat eigenlijk aan dat het supergoed was!). |

Goede ligging - mooi uitzicht op Hasselt - lekker ontbijt We hebben tot 2 (!!!) keer toe een verkeerde (lees: goedkopere) kamer gekregen, en dan werkten de toegangskaarten van de kamer weer niet door slordigheid van receptiepersoneel....we zijn in totaal wel 6 keer op en neer moeten gaan naar de receptie om eindelijk onze juiste, geboekte kamer te krijgen. Excuses voor het ongemak hebben we niet gekregen, wat achteraf nog het ergste is eigenlijk. Fouten zijn menselijk, maar ze hadden op zijn minst sorry kunnen zeggen. |
