It was central to shops and restaurants. No bath robes and slippers in superior room. No 'free paper' for three days out of four. Wall between bedroom and bathroom had see through glass. Dinner in restaurant poor.Breakfast served in room was cold. |

It are nice rooms, in the Radisson style. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. In the beginning we have received a smoking room, when we asked for a non smoking room, they changed without any problem. We wanted to go and eat something in the restaurant at 8pm but they didn't have room anymore. They didn't suggest any other alternative. Also the breakfast was really poor and even bad. There was not much choose, some fruit, eggs and bacon ... it’s not at all the Radisson experience that we are used to. any |

Staff in general quite good Hot water situation in bathroom is bad and dangerous. Temperature changes within less than a second to very hot, hot enough to burn someone. By instinctive reaction one might slip and fall. I had the same problem when I stayed there 1,5 years ago. The front desk manager told me that 'they are still working on it'. Maybe they will get more motivated when something serious happens one day. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the perfect breakfast buffet, great value for money. Although we had requested a non-smoking room, we were told at the reception that the only rooms they had left were smoking rooms. We arrived a little after 6 p.m., which is not that late, I would think. |

The room was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly The hotel was completely understaffed. I had to find someone from an office to book me in. It took about 30mins before someone took my order in the restaurant in the evening and over an hour before I got anything to eat. When my main course arrived, after about an hour and a half, it couldn’t be eaten. It was completely over cooked and the meat was so hard you couldn’t get a knife through it. |

Very friendly staff, excellent location in the middle of town, nice decoration in the room, good bed, excellent breakfast buffet Water pressure seemed to be a bit low in the shower |

Het hotel combineert alle positieve elementen in één aanbod. Goed gelegen, goede service, parking onder het hotel, mooie accomodatie, prachtig ontbijtbuffet. Een echte aanrader. |

Een mooie kamer, ruim genoeg voor twee personen, met een goed ligbad. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Veel stof in de kamer (op tv, op de rand van het bed, op de lampen, ...) De buren konden we jammer genoeg 's morgens al vroeg horen praten. |
