The room was lovely and spacious, Bathroom had good lighting and nice toileteries. clean and comfortable. The coffee/tea making facilities were poor. Only 2 coffees and NO milk /creamer to go with it. The lighting in the bedroom was poor. |

It was very close the Grand Place. Breakfast buffet was good. We couldn't open the window ourselves. And it was quite warm in the room. |

We all loved this hotel and got an excellent rate from Booking.Com. The hotel was smart, the staff were friendly, the location was excellent - right in the centre of Brussels. The rooms were large and comfortable. Overall - a perfect hotel for our stay in Brussels. |

location close to Centrum and Central station, excellent breakfast really nothing is missing and during my stay never crowded, free Wifi, equel to 4-star hotel, but it's not a real problem, I will come back again |

The hotel is sournded by shops and by end of the corner you can find supermarket. Iron and iron tabel is inside the room. The breakfast was crowded and no available seats there was a waiting list. In addition the same menu every day were served and there are limited choices. We were giving a very bad room veiw and we request for change they also offer us bad one then at last the third room has garden view however, the room is very small. |

Perfect location in the city centre, very comfortable and cleanliness of the room was excellent. Staff were also very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was a little outdated but very comfortable. |

Staff were friendly and polite, not snobbish. The location was convenient for night out. One of the room lights was not easy to use (the electric code was worn out). the TV remote controller did not work peoperly (need new batteries!). The bathroom floor was not very clean and found long hair of, I presume, a cleaner (my hair is short) all nights while I stayed there. Not beable to book a taxi after 8.00 am is not convenient since I was there on business. |
