The member of reception staff (Stephanie) I dealt was excellent, as was the host in the breakfast room on 1 March. The hotel was smart and efficient. The room I stayed in was dated. Whilst designated a non-smoking room, it was evident that the room has been a smoking room before and as such the room contained a stale smoke odour which I assumed was from the carpet. If I hadn't arrived late and was going out in the evening I would have sought to move room. |

Good location, comfortable, nice interior, free WiFi The waiters in the lobby bar are very busy with something all time and you can wait for the bill or change for 10-15 min... Although just a few visitors in the bar. Bar service must be improved. Too expensive parking (EUR 30,00 per night) |

A truly 5 star hotel with modern facilities and an inclusive internet that works perfectly. The location is great and the gym is another bonus. The service was poor. I saw a tray not collected after room service for almost 24 hours. The guy who was a few rooms away from mine who was checking out when I was going to the gym asked me if I was as badly served as he was. The lady at the bar refused to serve me even when I signalled her twice. Instead, she attended to a family that arrived 20mins after me. I asked her why and she said because I was on phone. I was only on phone for 10 mins. I left after 30mis without being served. I also noticed that phone calls to reception are not picked on time or at all and no return calls are made. I guess the hotel is short staffed for a 5star hotel. Otherwise excellent facilities. |

The hotel was very pleasant and everyone seemed friendly but not interferring. The hotel was close to the shops and cafes and within walking distance to rail station, market and some sights. The room was very hot at night |

Breakfast buffet was outstanding!, and Inside Patio is really wonderfull, rooms are very quiet and isolated. On weekends (specially saturday) the parking place (even if you paid for it, or got it for free) is full and you are forced to leave the car either on the street or in a nearby Public parking place. |

i was with my daughter and the location of the hotel was very near the main centre of tourist attractions and also the shopping area. Plenty restaurants within easy walking distance only thing i would say the room wasnt the warmest. we arrived at the train station 3 mins walk away from hotel but it was after 10, dark and being unsure of area took a taxi which cost 10euros for the short distance, but a lot of homeless sleeping and didnt look the nicest area to arrive at but okay when you saw it all in daylight and was just 3 mins walk away! |
