The room is comfortable. The location of the hotel is good. The price is very acceptable for what they serve. |

Excellent location. At the promo price of 120€ per night it does not get any better. |

The breakfast was great, and the hotel staff especially the Conserige were very helpful I thought the room was slightly dated compared to the rest of the hotel, which was really lovely |

The hotel was very accessible to train, it was located centrally and staff were pleasant. I got double-charged, but it was easy to remedy by my credit card |

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything. Very nice and tasty lunch. The lobby was very welcoming. I prefer to be able to open windows and feel fresh air. We had our room towards the lobby. It also felt a little dark in the room. |

I liked the location being walking distance to numerous historic sites, museums, fabulous restaurants and shopping. The fine dining restaurant was closed on Saturday night, which is unusual for where I'm from as that's the night people go out for fine dining. The alternate hotel restaurant had an extremely limited wine selection and was out of the meal I chose so I had to choose something else. Also, my hotel room didn't have an electrical outlet at or near the desk so I had to call the front desk and they sent someone upstairs with an extension cord. I felt that this should have been in the room as standard equipment. |

Walls are wafer thin, so you can hear everything going on above, below and next door. Decorations, and particularly the bathrooms are really tired, and the chairs for example badly stained. In need of renovation. |

We liked the hotel. The only problem was our room was very hot. Service tried to fix however it never became cool/ See above. Also, sink in our bathroom the water would not go down. |

it was one of the quietest hotels we ever stayed at - the staff was efficient and helpful yet left us alone - a really delightful experience |

Location Very disappointed - expected a much higher standard for a room where the actual cost given on the web site was meant to have been over £1000. |

Central location , hotel design and staff attitude. The hotel could have had better more supportive seating in its rooms and public places Not really--have stayed quite a few times now. |

My partner thought the bed was a bit on the small side, especially compared to the beds on the rest of our trip (we spent a night in Antwerp and a night in Bruges too). We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we may have done if it had been more reasonably priced. |

Excellent 4 stars services, comfortable bed and lamps; I found the plugs for computers and the water heater very handy indeed. Half the rooms (the even numbers!) look on the patio, which I found rather claustrophobic. At eight o' clock in the morning some religious congregation were singing hymns in the same patio, so no chance of making up for a long overnight journey. Minibar is not at all friendly - not only every item you touch (not displace!) is automatically charged on your bill, but I couldn't find a way to open the glass cage where snacks and chocolates are kept. Tv set could not be operated by remote control (low battery?). I was overall disappointed, as I intended to have a good rest before beginning a week of hard work in Belgium. |

the location is excellent, a fiew minutes walk to the grand place, on the other hand quiet for a five star hotel, booked for two persons, the bad was rather small;we had lunch in the hotel restaurant and it was rather disapointing. |
