Очень приветлевый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Учоень уютный и комфортный отель. Всем советую, кому не жаль денег для остановки в центре. В отеле сняли немного больше чем было забронировано. Примерно на 5 Евро в сутки. И почему-то ночью с моей карты списалось 4 Евро. Не понял за что... Но я не придал этому значению и не стал разбираться... Парковка, если приедете ночью - часто забита и Вам придется искать место на улице :( Мы были в этом отеле на 10-летие семейной жизни, о чем специально сделали пометку, надеясь на приятный сюрприз :). Но персонал это событие не принял во внимание... |

Качество,расположение Не совсем четко объясняется клиентам порядок использования магнитной карточки-ее надо сразу же вытаскивать из ячейки при использовании лифта и открытии номера |

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We were really impressed and loved everything about our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful. |

Location was excellent!! I was not to excited about the shower set up. I think for an upstanding hotel the bathroom needs a little more attention. Having water splash everywhere can potentially be a hazard. |

The breakfast was great, and the hotel staff especially the Conserige were very helpful I thought the room was slightly dated compared to the rest of the hotel, which was really lovely |

The hotel was very accessible to train, it was located centrally and staff were pleasant. I got double-charged, but it was easy to remedy by my credit card |

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything. Very nice and tasty lunch. The lobby was very welcoming. I prefer to be able to open windows and feel fresh air. We had our room towards the lobby. It also felt a little dark in the room. |

I liked the location being walking distance to numerous historic sites, museums, fabulous restaurants and shopping. The fine dining restaurant was closed on Saturday night, which is unusual for where I'm from as that's the night people go out for fine dining. The alternate hotel restaurant had an extremely limited wine selection and was out of the meal I chose so I had to choose something else. Also, my hotel room didn't have an electrical outlet at or near the desk so I had to call the front desk and they sent someone upstairs with an extension cord. I felt that this should have been in the room as standard equipment. |

Walls are wafer thin, so you can hear everything going on above, below and next door. Decorations, and particularly the bathrooms are really tired, and the chairs for example badly stained. In need of renovation. |

We liked the hotel. The only problem was our room was very hot. Service tried to fix however it never became cool/ See above. Also, sink in our bathroom the water would not go down. |
