Very welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful setting at the top of the hill, close to the Les Thermes and a short drive down to the Spa town centre. Nice modern room/bathroom. The bath did not have a glass door/curtain, so it was a little challenging to have a shower, but taking a bath was not an issue. The steam room was not functioning but the sauna worked very well. There should be definitely more chairs in the swimming pool/jacuzzi area - only three were available. |

Location was good. Not in the city, just 5min away by car. Just next to the forest. Good place to rest. The room was not that clean, and not that well finished. You could see in different places poor finishing, or that things were not refreshed. |

Absolutely everything. Once of the nicest hotels I have stayed in Pay TV did not work and the recetion staff did not seem concerned. Also no English chanels on the TV hence importance for getting Pay TV working. |

The Hotel was beautiful, clean, fresh and welcoming. The quality of the food was excellent. It was not possible to get transport into the local town. We were forced to walk on dangerous roads inorder to have a meal/drink. |

Everything. Relaxed, friendly and cosy atmosphere. I could play tennis, then relax in the pool, sauna, hamam, jacuzzi, have a coffee, go for a walk in the forest, play snooker, relax, get a drink in the bar, connect free, in the internet, in the room and everywhere, spend wonderful time with my partner, etc. |

Nice old facility but very nicely re-modeled. Very clean and very friendly service. It was so nice to be near to mountain and nature. Our breakfast was very nice, great buffett and nice service. Hotel Staff was very nice, great service. Just wish there was free hotel shuttel bus service to the downtown of Spa city. Since Spa is very small town, end of our dinner at restaurant in town (11pm), we could not get Any taxi to the hotel. So ended up restaurant owner took us to the hotel. Everytime to walk 3-4km (car street,hilly) or 8 euro taxi is bit too much... |

la décoration des chambres, le raffinement dans le couloir et partie commune et le spa, petit dej très varié piscine du spa très très froide, tâche d'humidité sur le mur et sur le parquet, pour 120€ la nuit c'est pas terrible! après 22h presque plus rien à la carte pour le service en chambre, et plus grand chose de disponible non plus dans la carte déjà réduite! dommage! |

Nous avaon remarqué le 1er jour que la poignée de la garde-robe était cassée. Nous avons directement signalé ce problème à la réception. Le 2ième jour elle était toujours cassée. Nous l'avons signalé à nouveau. Nous sommes partis le 4ième jour et la poignée était toujours cassée. De plus, il a neigé durant notre séjour le chemin vers le parking était verglassé et fort glissant. Nous l'avons fait remarquer à la réception, mais le chemin restait glissant le soir. Il sembkle que du sel n'était jeté que le matin. |

Le cadre, la toilette séparée dans la chambre, le standing de l'hôtel, l'espace bien-être bien équipé. Petit déjeuner pas aussi "super" qu'ils le disent... Ménage dans la chambre très moyen. Espace détente très chouette et complet mais fort petit par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel... En saison creuse ça va mais je n'ose pas imaginer durant les vacances scolaires! Chambre supérieure avec salle de bain très petite!!! Et coffre-fort qui ne marche pas!! |

Rustige atmosfeer, discreet - Er waren problemen met de electronische badges (sleutels), waardoor we een uur bereikbaar in de kamer moesten blijven. - Het restaurant was om 17h30 al volboekt. |

Belle situation de la chambre et l access au centre spa tot le matin et tard le soir est pas mal Dejeuner tres mauvais croissant sec , pain sec , d au moin 3 jours , exepter le jour ou il y avais des homme d affaire dans l hotel , je suis desoler mais je paye le meme prix que tout le monde et merite d avoir de la fraicheur comme tout le monde , les gens de l hotel pas tres sympathique peur de dire bonjour et pour le spa le jaccuzzi ne fonctionait pas bien il ne faisait plus des bulles , le hamam et sauna couper a 21h tandis que le spa reste ouvert jusque 23h un peut tot je trouve pour eteindre tout cella |
