Location was good. Not in the city, just 5min away by car. Just next to the forest. Good place to rest. The room was not that clean, and not that well finished. You could see in different places poor finishing, or that things were not refreshed. |

Absolutely everything. Once of the nicest hotels I have stayed in Pay TV did not work and the recetion staff did not seem concerned. Also no English chanels on the TV hence importance for getting Pay TV working. |

The Hotel was beautiful, clean, fresh and welcoming. The quality of the food was excellent. It was not possible to get transport into the local town. We were forced to walk on dangerous roads inorder to have a meal/drink. |

Everything. Relaxed, friendly and cosy atmosphere. I could play tennis, then relax in the pool, sauna, hamam, jacuzzi, have a coffee, go for a walk in the forest, play snooker, relax, get a drink in the bar, connect free, in the internet, in the room and everywhere, spend wonderful time with my partner, etc. |

Needs to be emphasised that hotel is about 2 miles out of Spa up a steep hill, so not suitable for those without transport |

Nice old facility but very nicely re-modeled. Very clean and very friendly service. It was so nice to be near to mountain and nature. Our breakfast was very nice, great buffett and nice service. Hotel Staff was very nice, great service. Just wish there was free hotel shuttel bus service to the downtown of Spa city. Since Spa is very small town, end of our dinner at restaurant in town (11pm), we could not get Any taxi to the hotel. So ended up restaurant owner took us to the hotel. Everytime to walk 3-4km (car street,hilly) or 8 euro taxi is bit too much... |

Hotel chaleureux et personel attentionné. Diner agréable . Chambres petites, salle de bain également ,couloirs avec tapis plain moche , peinture porte ascenseur à refaire. Pas d'armoire dans chambre. Piscine trop peu éclairée , jacuzzi irritant pour la peau , piscine mal éclairée : bref un prix surfait pour un hotel dont les détails laissent à désirer . |

"Entre Terre & Mer" est un restaurant qui gagne à être connu : qualité des mets, qualité du service.Le bar est égalment un lieu agréable avec un accueil professionnel. |

Zwembad, massage, wellness centre. Terraké massage was super! Kamers zijn vrij klein waar wel mooi gerenoveerd. Handdoekenverwarmer in de badkamer, bad en douche, guest supplies. Zachte bedden en beddengoed! De verwarming op de kamer werkte niet de eerste dag en nacht. Extra lakens gekregen dus het was ok. Ontbijt: eieren waren koud, personeel kon niet volgen met het afruimen en terug opdekken van de tafels. Klein buffet en dicht op elkaar dus het was zeer druk. Geen duidelijkheid over de kosten van films. Geen informatie in de kamer wel op het tv scherm na het bevestigen van een film. (10 euro per film). |

Zeer aangename sfeer in het hotel, mede door de uitstekende bediening . De ochtendservice tijdens het ontbijt verloopt moeilijk wanneer het druk wordt (voorzien bestek, glazen, ...) Routine nog niet echt aanwezig |
