The restaurant was amazing, and the Thermes are very close. The personal is also very nice. The room is too small for "Superior".No space to walk in it.The shower has a bad design, so when you take a shower the floor is flooded.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, the room was clean and the biliard table is an excellent asset :) The two beds were separated (instead of twin beds) and in the swimming pool were kids playing and splashing water.

The staff on front desk were generally efficient and helpful. Free Wifi and parking. Good breakfast. The bathroom had nice fittings but was tiny so the shower flooded the bathroom. We stayed one night and didn't use the spa, so our comments apply to the accommodation only . We were a bit taken in by the hotel description: "Recently fully renovated and refurbished, this elegant hotel ... tastefully decorated guest rooms have an elegant charm that will add character to your carefree stay." It was expensive at 185 euros so we expected luxury, but room was small and cheap looking, with marks on the walls and paint knocked off, also in the passage. The floor had "fake wood" vinyl - not cosy in the freezing conditions and we couldn't get the heating to work. Mattress was terrible. The worst thing was the out-of-date instructions in the hotel compendium for dialling reception and every other hotel service meant the only way was to ask a question was to get dressed and walk to reception.

Breakfast quite ample and diverse. Too pricey for what it has to offer. Wellness center is very poor: broken showers, jacuzzi full of sand. Our room was very inconveniently located - it is not very comfortable to walk through a bar and billiards area while returning from sauna in a bathrobe. Parking barely illuminated at nights.

Located in the forest, but no walking paths around. Good parking. Beautifull old hotel, nicely maintened outside. Friendly reception. No towels in Wellness center, sauna is almost cold (around 40 c), too much chlor in jacuzzi (even eyes felt like burning), no bathrobes in spa and in the standard room. To get to spa you have to go through the restaurant, so it was not comfortable. Difficult to get a shower in spa center after pool and sauna so you have to do it in the room only. Key for lockers in spa you can get at reception only. As for the room - bed was too soft and not comfortable, so we had some pain in back after the night. Inside the hotel was not perfectly maintened for the hotel of such announced level.

We stayed overnight at the Radisson blu Balmoral on our way from Stuttgart to Brugges. It was a great choice. Our room, 072, was quiet, clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities. We had a good dinner in the restaurant.

Room 071 offers excellent confort. Dining room staff did an outstanding job despite the overcrowded dining room (presence of a large group). Presence of large group (sports car convention?) in the hotel during the weekend. This caused an overcrowded situation - in the parking lot (no parking spot available), in the dining room (the large group was served in priority, over our table), at the pool (level of noise not appropriate for what is supposed to be a "relaxing" environment).

Very friendly staff offers good services and proper breakfast. A nice 1,5 km walk brings you the finicular which is the footway access to the classical town. However nice a remote hotel can be, without a car it is nearly impossible to travel back and forth to town centre every once in a while, and we felt the advice from the hotel should be to come by car. Tennis court had one lousy ball which was chewed on by the dog. The modular grass was covered with mud and dangerous..

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi was just perfect. Hotel was near city centre and easy to have a parking especially when going out for dinner at night. Small gym but there was no one there on all days we stay so not a problem. The super breakfast was just super with fresh products and a very nice personnel. All in all I will definitely go to this hotel again.

Nice part of the world, grounds are very peaceful with decent car parking, but watch for pine cones dropping on your vehicle, breakfast is very good. A/C fan was noisy and the electrical relay in the room to turn on the power with your room key buzzed constantly so much so I pulled the power during the night, reported both faults to staff who were concerned about the issue to find on my return that evening that it was all still the same.

Very clean, good sized rooms. Staff were very helpful. We were told by the hotel staff that it was impossible to get a taxi to take you from the town back to the hotel after 9.30pm which means you have to drive if you want to spend an evening there.

Good facilities and overall presentaion. Very friendly and helpfull hotel staff. Very good selection for the buffet breakfast. Spacious modern bedrooms and the wetroom shower was a plus. Good location for the town, thermal spa, race circuit (6kms) and outdoor activities in the Ardennes region. Car parking was difficult due to high demand. No courtesy transport from the hotel to the town of Spa (I was advsied that taxis did not operate after 9.00pm) which would be useful to take advantage of the local restaurants and casino.

The food in the hotel is excellent. The relax area is very comfortable and nice. Staff is very very kind. While staff is very kind and knowledgeable, the service for dinner was slow in the sense that it took too long between the entree and the first course and the first course and the main and so on.

spa facilities the buffet breakfast was tasteless (overcooked); hair dryer did not function in our room and despite our call to the reception desk, no one came to fix it or even to look; an old and open yoghurt left by the previous guest was in our kid's mini bar upon arrival.

The SPA/Wellness centre was very good. The cleaness of the room was incredible. There's some small things that wasn't so good as the parking place where not all the cars of the clients can fit in. Another remark about the spaces of the bathroom, it was ok for one person but to cannot fit in. The beds was incredible soft and the room quite noisy.
