Secure parking for trackday at Spa. Room very clean and nice shower/ bathroom. Definitely stay next year.

Bed was a little lop sided and a tad uncomfortable but that's a personal taste.

Liked the hotel ambience and staff were very helpful.

Room was very warm (room 130) The lift was very slow and so we took the stairs. In the stair well there was a smell of sewage, yuk.

The reception staff was a bit confused and slow.

We werw very happy with the restaurant. My friends were also very happy with the treatments in the beauty center.

We were really shocked by the total lack of professionalism of the lady that welcomed us. She made comments about our "unusual" names, she did not explain the facilitoes, she forgot to give us bath robes and slippers... In short, she was neother friendly, nor helpful.

The pool table in the bar was great fun!

The food on the a la carte menu in the restaurant was excellent.

We paid for an upgraded room, yet got the same standard room. The bed was exceedingly uncomfortable, very old mattress which resulted in sleeping in the dip in the middle. The shower was practically unusable because of the very poor water pressure. The hotel runs its floodlights all night - which means you have very bright light shining into your room constantly. This can't be environmentally-friendly or make any economic sense. The 'hot' breakfast buffet, wasn'T. It wasn't even lukewarm, just cold. The scrambled eggs were made with water which rendered them inedible. No fresh fruit juice, just over- sweetened package juice poured into a chiller.

Nice atmosphere in public areas. Friendly staff provided good service - e.g. were allowed to check out late. Catered for gluten-free at breakfast.

The hotel is in a very pretty location and ideal as a base to go hiking, cicling etc.

The wellness is limited and the pool and surrounding area were too cold to be called "wellness".

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet. Great for a short stopover while visiting a motorsport event at Spa Francorchamps.

The accommodation blocks are not nearly as nice as the reception area and feel a bit run down when you walk through them but the room was fine. So only a very minor criticism.

The quality and friendliness of the service received was excellent. Accomodation was more than we expected. Location ideal. would stay there again and probably will.

although it advertised a pool, we did not take notice of the small print. since it was part of the wellness facility, the pool was not available to children up to age of 16 during most of the day. that was a bit disappointing. having said that, if in Spa, you have to go to the Spa and that more than compensates.

Quiet situation, friendly staff, clean rooms, ample parking. Very good & varied buffet breakfast (as with all Radisson hotels). Pleasant & clean swimming pool facilities. Evening restaurant was good quality.

Evening restaurant service could have been quicker (although staff were nice enough). Spa facilities were simply satisfactory (rather than being anything more). Having taken bookings for spa related services for children, treatments were subsequently cancelled by the hotel on arrival since kids are aged under 16. Also, kids not allowed to go in swimming pool before adult treatments are finished (normally up to 9pm in evening).
