the wi-fi in my room wasnt always working so i had to use the lobby. very dissapointed that the swimming pool was closed. got woken up 7am by the builders making banging noises from the swimming pool area. |

The hotel was well located, in walking distance to the train station. Our room was large and immaculate and well worth the money. The staff was extremely helpful |

It is a older hotel with a lot of nice touchs from fixtures, furnishings, and floor coverings. Things like $26 ro a $5 breakfast were I thought aggressive pricing. |

We think the service of the staff was excellent, they always went the extra mile. Also the vouchers for a welcome drink etc. are good. We think the food is overpriced, there is no bottle of wine below 32 euro,s ( the cheapest, which put you off. ) |

After shopping all day, the sauna and swimming-pool is nice and relaxing before going to sleep, and again when you wake up to start the day. The receptionist did not speak French and the wellness area was dirty. |

The spa are was untidy. The breakfast was excellent, they had great choice, but it was too busy, many guests had to eat in the lobby on sofas and little tables. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Clean, neat rooms with good beds.A very pieceful area with the park across the road. Very nice Spa facilities open till 22.00. Good breakfast and excellent service. Overal, i would rate it 8 out of 10. The Tv's and hair dryer in the bathroom are quite old for a Suite of 5 Star hotel.Also the nespresso' water kettle wasn't properly washed after previous guests. It takes approx. 15 minutes to the city centre(shopping street) if walking. |

The staff were friendly. The taxi drivers at Antwerp station were not interested in taking us to the hotel - Too close they said! We disagreed and would not have managed if we had not been travelling light. One barman was insufficient for the number of people wanting to be served. |
