Radisson Blu Park Lane Hotel, Antwerp  

The peanuts with the drinks ; gym was small but ok

It looked and felt very old Hotel, beds not comfortable nor hygienic , bathroom facilities were very basic (I was staying in a Double Superior) free pay tv , never worked during my stay ; had to argue with the front desk to obtain my parK view as I was initially placed at the back of the building, limited staff on duty which meant that you had to wait for everything

Very good location. You walk to the big shopping street "Meir"in about 10 minutes. The hotel has a parking facility wich is convenient as parking on the nearby streets is difficult.

The rooms look a bit dated and not up to the class of the hotel.

A lovely hotel a little walk from the centre of town, with a lovely view of the park from our room. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful, giving the hotel a lovely atmosphere. Facilities in the hotel were also very good. We would choose to go back to this hotel when we return to explore more of Antwerp.

The gym and spa facilities were very good; the gym equipment is all new, the changing rooms are modern and clean and the pool, steam room and sauna are all excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent.

This is more due to my taste than there necessarily being anything wrong with the hotel, but I prefer something more modern - the decor is a bit old and outdated. If you prefer a modern hotel then don't stay here. The bar area in particular is in need of a remodel. Without the new gym & spa facilities it wouldn't be worth the price. It's also quite far away from the best bars and restaurants - it's a 20 min walk from the central station and a 30 minute walk from the old centre. This wasn't a problem for us as it was great weather, but would be if you stayed in autumn or winter.

Quiet and clean room

Friendly and on-the-ball staff, clean and comfy room.

Lack of tea/coffee-making facility in room.

Jacuzzi at 34 degrees, very cold, the staff pretending that it's the Belgium law! Do they think we are stupid?!

Rather old fashion hotel. Very dark breakfast room.

De ontvangst op zondagnacht was heel erg vriendelijk, een gastheer/receptionist die extra zijn best deed gaf meteen een wekom gevoel. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de bejegening en de kwaliteit van dit hotel tegen een zeer scherpe prijs.
