Nice reception staff, nicely located. Nice breakfast. Nice fitness room. The spa was not so nice. Jacuzzi was cold and did not work. |

Location was excellent, a pleasent 15 minuite walk to old town, 10 minuite walk to train station and airport bus stop and beside lovely park. The room was spacious, very clean, airconditioned. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good offering a wide choice, this was included in our room weekend package price. The breakfast is expensive if one had to pay seperately. |

The service was very friendly and the hotel environment relaxed. It is close to the central station and the old city center. Hotel was modern and the std room was very big with a nice view over the park. It was not really 5 star, but a fair-to-good 4 star. |

The comfort of the rooms, the fact that nothing was too much trouble for the staff - their friendliness to our children. Loved the swimming pool - clean and just teh right temperature and clean changing rooms too. Just that the Nespresso machine didn't work in our suite which was a shame as we have one at home so we knew what we were missing! We did report it though. |

Location and staff were very good. Staff were all polite and happy to help at anytime. Twice at breakfast there were not enough staff to cater for guests, on each occasion there were several items on cooked breakfast trays which were absent, I was never approached to enquire if coffee was wanted but this was due to lack of staff not lazy staff-more staff needed at breakfast |

The staff was very friendly, they even provide with tips about cheap parking in the neighborhood. There was a door between our room and another room, so we heart the noise of the guest in the room next door. |

Location Upon arrival no doorman to assist with the luggage. Bathroom was not clean. A/c was noisy even at its lowest fan-speed, bathroom amenities were absent. So-called fast wireless internet in the room was not available for the whole stay. Number of fitness equipments do not work. With our experiences with 5-star hotels all around the world, this is definitively not a 5 star hotel. |
