We had a room overlooking the park, thaty was really nice, staff was friendly. Pool was very nice and the room itself was nice and spacious.

The beds were very soft, which some people like, but I don't. Breakfast was ok but I've seen better.

Additional payment for car parking is rather high. No taxi's standby, we had to wait 1/2 hour on a taxi. No portier. Film service out of order.

The condition of the hotel was generally good and the location was fine

The quality of the towels was poor. The hotel did not reply about parking. I know (now) that no coffee/tea is provided but in a hotel of this quality i would expect at least complimentary water and a fridge that is cold! Therefore my answer to the following is a qualified

No tea/coffee facilities in our room. Parking charges are ridiculous while staying in the hotel.

Overall, quite a good service - as you would expect from a five-star hotel!

One of the reasons for choosing the hotel was the secure car parking facility (I drive a luxury car). However, upon arrival I learned that the hotel allocates spaces in its car park on a first-come-first-served basis (e,g, several cars per room) rather than by room. This was disappointing as one would expect to have guaranteed access to the car park when booking a room in a higher price category.

We liked the bed, very comfortable.

Parking rate was too high.
There was a weird smell of cleaning products hanging in the air of the lobby.

The Hotel was really nice, good location, really big rooms. The fitness room was well equiped.

The only thing was we had to pay extra to use the gym,sauna, steam room and pool, which was not mentioned anywhere.

Proximity to city centre was good, but far enough to avoid too much noise.

Hotel staff could have been more freindly. The toilets were not as clean as would have been expected and although staying in a superior room, the staff failed to clean the room on the on our second day.
