掃除をちゃんとしてください。 掃除がまったくなってません!!!イスの上に前のお客のものと思われるスナック菓子の食べこぼし、シャワーカーテンにくっついた大量の他人の- 髪の毛、こんなに不潔なホテルに泊まったのは初めてです。 |

The staff were very good at public relations unlike the previous three hotels we stayed at in the Netherlands during the previous 3 weeks. The Hare dinner was bland. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Clean, neat rooms with good beds.A very pieceful area with the park across the road. Very nice Spa facilities open till 22.00. Good breakfast and excellent service. Overal, i would rate it 8 out of 10. The Tv's and hair dryer in the bathroom are quite old for a Suite of 5 Star hotel.Also the nespresso' water kettle wasn't properly washed after previous guests. It takes approx. 15 minutes to the city centre(shopping street) if walking. |

the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff is friendly we asked the front desk for four times to fill our minibar. the fifth time we had to tell the general manager so the minibar be refilled |

The staff were friendly. The taxi drivers at Antwerp station were not interested in taking us to the hotel - Too close they said! We disagreed and would not have managed if we had not been travelling light. One barman was insufficient for the number of people wanting to be served. |

The shabbat services (key etc.) is great for jewish visitors. There is a noticable odor of chlorine in the bar. Comes from the spa area. Not very pleasant. |

We actually stayed Radisson Blu Astrid, because arrived there by mistake and location better for one night (opposite rail station). Staff suggested change and arranged everything magnificently. City centre not attractive, but location wonderful to save time. |

Very good location,quiet comfortable twin room and good breakfast.Secure on site parking welcome even though garage not set up for right hand drive car. Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in room. |
