the SPA is very nice , the view is beautiful and it is close to central train station the maintanance of the rooms is not good my min bar was working for the whole 5 days i stayed there and they charge me 7 Euros per everytime i order something in my room for room service !!!!!!, they charge 2 Euros for SPA lockers and i don't know what else they charge for |

Location, nice view from the room, friendly staff Spa area needs renovation, sauna was out of order, pool area was noisy. In this condition i would not recommend the hotel for its facilities. |

The pool in the hotel was fantastic. The bartender was an expert for whiskey. The whole personal was very kindly and friendly! The parking space for one day (22 Euro) was too expensive! |

Good service. We booked the Health and Leisure arrangement, but this facility is old and did not function properly. There were electricity buttons which were out of order in an environment with water. Very dangerous situation. |

good location, breakfast was standard, staff were friendly. The suite was a little dated in decor and the quality of linens and towels used where sub-standard. Service could have been a little better. |

TV in the room was not working. We were promised that it will be fixed but this did not happen till the end of the stay and we received no discount or even excuse. For 5 star hotel this should not happen. |

interior of both the rooms , the bfast room , bar and fitness center and pool areait all looks old and somehow run down.on this conditions and services offered the hotel doesnt meet the 5 stars standards |

We had a room overlooking the park, thaty was really nice, staff was friendly. Pool was very nice and the room itself was nice and spacious. The beds were very soft, which some people like, but I don't. Breakfast was ok but I've seen better. |
