Nice hotel, nice rooms, parking in front of the hotel at no cost with a little bit of luck

Too busy at breakfast, Staff not performant, food average. The spa offer (one day entry) is not worth it, the pool outdoor or indoor is not for swimmers, but for playing arround in the water. Long waiting line on WE, really not worth the detour. Spa the town itself has little to offer, beside the Casino and a shopping strip where you see everithing in a hour. Send a day there at the most!

We had a really enjoyable stay here. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good restaurant onsite. Nearby spa facilities ideal for relaxation.

The location is great, it's right in the centre of Spa, the hotel is great, clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The beds could have been better and the parking could be bigger, but would happily stay again next time I visit Spa.

When you remove key power is cut immediately. Normally you get atleast 10 secs to get out the door but not here.

The hotel is expensive - the parking should be a forfit price not per day (full price for a half day !). The bar staff are not attentive to new customers even when not busy. The breakfast system is not well organised - tables are not cleared quickly and food and juice is not renewed rapidly.

Great location close to Les Thermes and very friendly staff. Perfect for relaxation also with family.

Never got that extra bed for our kid. Guess the room was too small.

The way the personnel welcomed me and helped me each time I need help or info. The delicious breakfast. The large and confortable room. The situation close to the Spa relaxation centre.

That we had to ask for slippers from reception when the robes were provided in the room. Was not told at booking in. The meal which was included in our package was rather poor especially the main course - no flavour and not very hot.

Location straight in the very center of the city...rooms are large and clean...the spa area is great and the funicular directly to the Thermes from the hotel a very big bonus ! Excellent value for the money !

The location was excellent and the reason why I choose this hotel. In the heart of the spa city : shops, supermarket , pharmacies , restaurants are literally as you walk out of the hotel . Private parking for our car ( you have to call the hotel and make reservation and pay 16 euro's /day - totally worth it) . Another reason why I choose this hotel was the private funicular they have that takes you straight up to the Spa . a little note : make sure you buy the tickets for the spa at the hotel - they do have a special deal for their guests.

Although rated 4 stars , I would probably say that it is actually a top Stars instead . The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean , however the room itself needed an upgrade . The nightstand shade was stained and that gave the room an uncleanness feel .

Very nice breakfast. Good parking.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff spoke excellent English.

The breakfast was a little expensive for us, so we went to the bakery across the street.

The lighting in the room was very, very dull, it made it quite depressing.

Everything was as it should be - generally plesant with nothing to worry or complain about. Cooked options are available at the breakfast buffet - most welcome and not something I've been able to take for granted with continental hotels.

Would benefit from more free parking in front of the hotel.
