Breakfast expensive for choice and often ran out then told non left which for 19 euros I would expect the choice of all items available

Road noise - though I asked for a quiet room I was put on the road side of the hotel. Bath/shower a bit dirty Less well located for city centre visits

Good value for money. Bus connection to city center directly outside main entrance (10 metres max). Well assorted breakfast. Spacious family room for 4 persons.

Despite the quite large room, hotel staff was not able to provide a 5th bed for my youngest child (5 persons family).

The restuarant staff were friendly and helpful. There was an excellent supermarket at the end of the road.

The location wa too far from the centre and also the conference. There was one particular Recptionist who was incredibly rude all the time. The bedroom had a sofa bed out andthe floor was not clean. There were only two English channels, both news and no option for films. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and the general use coffee machine was not working.

Spatious rooms, very comfortable, beds excellent, superb breakfast. Clean and fresh rooms. Each time in Brussels, I return with pleasure to this hotel

For a Ramada a disapointment

Homepage should have clear indication how to approach the Hotel by car....correct address for GPS...... Bathroom designed by incompetent architect with no experience in business travel at all. Heating solution cheep and noisy....

Staff pretty unhelpful and aloof. Forgot to book my taxi. No hot water in the morning for a shower. Promised I would get an email from the manager, I didn't. Very poor provision of power sockets in the room

The hotel and the rooms are modern with the proper basic equipment you would expect in a hotel. The windows are sound proof. The location is convenient if you have a car and are travelling to Brussels for 1 or two days only. There is possibility for private parking at the hotel for 10€ per night, or on the street in "Clos du Lynx" behind the hotel for free, if you are lucky to find a place.

You need a car to travel to and from the hotel. The breakfast is too expensive. Impossible to open the windows to get fresh air into the room. They gave us a twin room while we booked a double. They asked for my credit card while the hotel was fully prepaid and they tried to charge me the private parking while I did not use it. Our advise: print your booking and prepayement confirmation and check your invoice in details before you leave!

Friendly staff, excellent bathroom, excellent breakfast, easy to find free parking close to the hotel

Too tight room, very dark especially on the ground floor. No central heating system - only air condition inverter which was noisy and difficult to program resulting in a cold room. Strange light switch which turned off all lights and which if you didn't press again, no other light was functioning.

This is a very good hotel, but your location is a 6 (six) km the grand place.

On sundays is very difficulty if you not go anywhere, because don't have a restaurant in this hotel, this day.

It's close to the Hospital Saint Luc.

The location is not good. The best way to go is by taxi.

Towels are really thin and cheap. Sheets were small and cheap. Decoration is black and white very dark. Heating is not good. Location is far from center and have to take the bus and metro. Breakfast was a disapointment and not included in room price. We wanted a nice hotel and paid the extra cost but Ramada name let us down. I have stayed at hostels that were more comfortable with better breakfast.

Very nice hotel not far from the City of Brussels. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, nothing to complain there. Free wifi in the rooms, free coffee machines in the lobby.

It's a bit tricky to get to the city center by public transport. Underground parking in the hotel is 10 eur / day. However, there's free parking near the hotel outside on the street.

* Very bad, breakfast was not included in the price * TV, comfort, only 25 channels divided over 6 to7 countries , and not the best channels per country. Example I prefer Netherlands TV channels (only NL 1 and NL 2 channels available, missing NL 3 (on which football game was on..)

Nothing specific

Room smelt badly of damp, build quality of shower room was poor, shower leaked, shower doors didn't work at all well, the tiles in the shower enclosure looked as though grout had been badly applied and had then been repaired with white silicon sealant, this was against black tiles and looked like a really bad job and gave an overall impression of a a lack of care and consideration.
