Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 16,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The hotel was clean and friendly and especially well situated in the centre of the city close to all amenities The unavailability of the restaurant in the evening should you wish to stay in. |

The Ramada is central and the parking was nearby and easy to get to. Breakfasr was nice and was on fron 7am to 11am. The hotel is looking a little tired and needs some updating. My bedside table was on a slope and I could not rest a glass of water on it in case it fell off. The electricity was off for several hours on Monday 26th October and during that time we were unable to use any facilities or go to our room. |

The room was small but comfortable, the staff were freindly and the breakfast which was included in the cost was fantasic. Turned up to book in, as advised after 14:00 to find the room was not ready, told to til come back in approx 1 hour, of which we did to find they had then had a power cut. had to wonder around unknown town to another hour til problem was rectified. |

Good central location, adequate facilities and good breakfast included Room was not ready on time, had to wait 45 minutes past the stated check in time. Did however have luggage storage facility during this time. |

very near to the shopping center,near the train station & almost in the sae side which me & my husband likes... The only thing i did not like it is because they dont change sheets everyday which most hotels change daily. |

The hotel is central and it has the facilities to make your stay comfortable Some of the lights in our room wasn't working, the shower did not work, the room was to hot and the waitress at breakfast did not speak any english |

How can you put a disabled guest in a wheelchair on the 9th floor no air conditioning, and then at breakfast segegate him for the other guesst by having to sit seperately.You knew he was disabled as you put him in aso called disabled room. I will be taking this further, so if you want to call me on 01406380164,if I hear nothing then I will go to your head office |

The Location was great, especially for the ferry back to Dover The 1st room we were given, had not been cleaned. There was a champagne cork on the side; one of the cups from part of the kitchen set contained cigarette ash and buts-Even though I had requested a non smoking room. As you can image the room was stank of smoke! Plus there was also a dirty cup in the bathroom. |

Breakfast superb - Location with parking in streets nearby Make sure you buy drinks in hotel's bar ' during happy hour 5.30 - 6.30. No coffee facilities in room despite advertising as such and dont take a cat to swing....but its a budget hotel you have to expect the unexpected. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were very clean, the room we stayed in had a balcony. The breakfast was very basic on the first morning and on the second morning I think the oven had broken as everything was burnt! |
