The Hotel is right in the heart of Ypres and perfect if you want to ditch the car. Our room (32) was a studio type, large and perfect. It had great views over the Market Square (even if the Town Hall bells did start early on!)The room & hotel were clean & well maintained & the staff helpful - if a little busy at times. The breakfast was good but we did not try the restaurant at other times. Ypres is a lovely town, very well presented and an absolute must for exploring the First World War sites |

The Regina is an art-themed hotel: all the rooms are done in the style of a particular artist. This makes it quite a nice and interesting place to stay. The restaurant in the hotel prides itself on its wine cellar and the gourmet food it offers. The food, wine and service are all very good - much better than the (relatively) low cost would indicate. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there. |

Charming, cosy atmosphere in bar. Very comfortable bed.Great location for WW1 tour. Good breakfast. Bedroom decor and furnishings very basic. Restaurant expensive but you don't have to eat there. Lighting on stairs suspect, friend nearly broke his neck in the darkness. |

Superb location, friendly and polite staff, excellent breakfast, ended up in the family room - great experience ! Lighting on stairs and lack of parking (due to location of hotel in city centre). |

The hotel is in the centre of town, close to all the attractions like Flander's Field museum and the Menin Gate. While the hotel itself does not have parking there is plenty available on the Grote Markt, although parking on a friday evening might be a problem due to the Saturday morning market in the Grote Markt. The staff were very good, efficient service at check in and a friendly smile. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and television. The ensuite bathroom was also very clean, it looked as if it had been renovated quite recently. It Be careful in the lift, it stops and starts quite suddenly and does not have a front or back wall so make sure you stand clear. |

Fantastic setting, right on the town square, with all facilities close to hand. Public parking is cheap and readily available. Good breakfast and range of beers in the stylish bar. Public areas should be lit at all times as floor levels are uneven. |

The best thing about this hotel is it's location on the city square. Must also mention the excellent breakfast. Waking up in the middle of the night freezing cold, as there was no heating on. |

The room was very clean, it was easy to find and park with an excellent location in the town square The bed was almost on the floor so difficult to get in and out. Would have been a nightmare for older guests. No one on the desk although we arrived before the deadline for check in and someone had taken our room key and left theirs according to the receptionist in the morning. |
