町の中心でとても立地条件がよいです。値段も安く、設備的に不満はありません。広場側の部屋ですと、広場が見下ろせます。 |

The young lady receptionist was most helpful in assisting us with an onward booking. The evening meal was excellent My wife thought a hairdryer should have been provided. Shower leaked too much onto bathroom floor |

Central location Nobody in reception on Sundays, so slightly worrying if you have to enter on your own as you have to lock the external door before entering the partially lit lobby and wait for the lift while other doors creak around you. |

Large, airy room in central location overlooking the Cloth Hall. Friendly, helpful staff, easy car parking. We would certainly stay at the Regina again when/if we are again in Ypres. |

Staff were friendly, helpful and laid back The confusion over the room was annoying but sorted. However I think I should have been advised of the pop concert outside- even in a back room it prevented sleep till after 1.00am. |

Along with my original stay in Amsterdam, then my stay at the Regina tops the list. Excellent value, perfect location and lovely staff - friendly and helpful. Room was cheerful and always spotless. I would go back there tomorrow. I cannot say the same for Koffieboontje in Bruges and the Armada Canal in Amsterdam - both of which I also stayed in and also booked them on booking.com. I loved the Regina but disliked both the Koffieboontje and the Armada Canal intensely. I would not go back to either of them. They have not got the standard of a hotel at all and in fact I was told in the Armada that a two star hotel was only "just a step up from a hostel" - well I do not agree - they should visit the Regina in Ypres (Ieper - Belgium). |

Location,friendly staff,cleanliness of room and hotel. Broken tiles on bathroom floor.Breakfast was poor,very little choice even by continental standards. No car park.Parking is a problem . |
