The breakfast was excellent with many choices and all fresh food. The staff were very helpful especially at reception. The bed wasn't very comfortable and we had requested no feather pillows but we had to repeat the request when we arrived and the pillows given were not very comfortable. |

Proximity to the city We had two rooms and both were charged with mini bar usage eventhough we had used anything and the behaviour of the reception staff made it appear that this was a normal practice. Secondly, one of the rooms had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door but the cleaning staff came in anyway. |

The desk staff were efficient. The room was not overheated and it was possible to open the window without making the room unbearably noisy. I lost my mobile phone the week before, and was outraged to be charged 37 euros for a phone call to Luxembourg. |

The room was luxury, well equipped and calm. One can sleep quite well there. I was not yet completely installed in my room and I was already disturbed twice by people of the hotel staff, for matters of no importance. And the organization of the breakfast was really awful. |

Our hotel was ready for our arrival, our pre-paid parking spot was already reserved and the staff was pleasant in welcoming us and tending to our requests and needs. Additionally our hotel final bill was less than what we originally booked it for. KUDO's to the hotel--- and great job to booking.com for referring such a great hotel The hot tub could be a little hotter, it felt a little chilly... |

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone that I came into contact with went above and beyond to make my stay great, including helping me with directions to my business meetings. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. If you don't mind the bit of a walk to the nearest metro stop (the hotel is on the outskirts of the city) it's definitely worth it. I would definitely consider staying there again and have recommended the hotel to my colleagues. |

Nice hotel, centrally located. Good comfort and cleanliness of the room. Staff was quite helpful. Breakfast overpriced at € 25. Internet access not free. Noisy air- conditioning, it was too cold in the room. |

The sporting facilities were excellent, food was superb. The reception staff were most helpful in addressing a booking cofusion. An excellent hotel - the best that I have stayed at in Brussels and I have no idea how booking.com could offer such a reasonable deal. |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, kettle included as we like to make herbal tea! Very good gym and fitness space and small pool. Great to have free parking at the weekend and easy walk to metro. Access was difficult due to road closure. |

Clean and nice looking hotel, staff helpful. Very good breakfast. Close to bus/taxi station and close to the shops. Good value for money for a weekend stay, breakfast and parking were included in the price. The water in the indoor pool was cold, the jacuzzi didn't work and neither did their sauna. We ordered a snack at the restaurant bar and after 15 minutes waiting the waitress told us they didn't have it. Parking a bit tricky to get to. |

Staff very helpful, hotel comfortable and rooms very nice, Hotel overstretched at breakfast. Leisure facilities poorly supervised. No stairs from 1st floor room to ground level. Lift out of order caused long waits. |

Internet connection was very expensive - and unfortunately not good. Get a first class cheap or free internet connection like many other business hotels in Europe and USA has. |

Hotel was a terrific value- very comfortable and attractive furnishings. Would definately recommend this hotel to a friend. A bit far to walk to Grand Place, but easy to jump on the metro. |

Great leisure facilities Breakfast didn't look that appetizing. Stained towel in bathroom. Staff had forgotten to book our taxi on checkout. Not in a lively part of town. |

the room was fab bed really comfy the fact they wanted an extra 150 euro on top of the money we had already paid when we arrived but we refused to pay it as we had give them the total amount for the stay upfront. the swimming pool was very cold |

Front desk very helpful with all aspects. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was sensational, I loved the copious quantities of smoked salmon and the eggs were superb. Location is very handy with plenty of good restaurants close by. Internet access is stupendously expensive, I expect a Hotel of this calibre to provide free in-room Wi-Fi. The only thing the high prices achieve is for me to go out to a local cafe. During a 4 night stay I observed only 1 person using the lobby internet access, so obviously the high prices don't make the Hotel much money anyway. |
