Renaissance Brussels Hotel  

Very poor service The room was too hot 26 degree and the air conditioning is not functioning well They told me that they can't change the room on my first day and all what they can do is to offer a fan and asked me keep the window open the whole night! The second day they changed my room and I had the same air conditioning problem 2nd day, when I returned to my room the holder of the towels was broken! Internet cost 20 euros per day! Not reasonable at all!

Comfortable and clean rooms.

The Breakfast staff at the restaurant wasn't kind and a bit rude.

Really lovely, comfortable rooms. Quiet, nice view over the rooftops-- and windows that open!

The breakfast is over-priced and not very nice. And when will the hotels include wifi in tne tariff? 400 euros for a hotel room, and wifi not included? That's outrageous and very bad form for a hotel that tries very hard. Makes no sense.

I stayed at the holiday on weekends - price was ok . But if you'll stay at the Hotel other days - I think it's too much. Location fit just for visitors of the European parliament

Very expensive on weekdays

Everything is perfect except the expensive internet

Location. Right next to the European Parlament, we walked pretty much everywhere from there. There is also Hop-on-hop-off bus stop. But!!! Coffee and snack too expensive. Personal is very friendly and helpful, room clean and roomy. We requested a baby cot and it was in the room upon arrival and there was still enough space in the room. We had breakfast included and it was tasty.

This is the only one hotel we could find in Brussel with the indoor pool. Except good reviews from family with young kids, it was the reason why we have picked up this hotel. Unfortunatelly the pool was closed due to some repair work and we were not able to use it.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is more than friendly and forthcoming, the food is exquisite and all additional contents (pool, sauna, gym, etc.) are superb.

We really have no negative comments. The only “down side” of the hotel (if any!) is that it is not located in the actual heart of the city. However, this was fine with us, as the hotel is located right next to a train station (Luxembourg), which is connected to other train stations in Brussels and other cities, in and outside of Belgium (and where we boarded a train for our further travel - to Bruges).

Perfect location for the city and EU Headquarters. Clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Brilliant breakfast, excellent value/money. Will come back in the near future.

Amazing Breakfast. Quality and luxury were evident. Excellent leisure facilities, very friendly and helpful staff.

Location slightly off and not near enough to Metro (10 min walk). Only criticism but bus stops and square round the corner.
