Renaissance Brussels Hotel    

The comfort of the hotel was good. The breakfasts were excellent.

I have already sent you an email regarding our booking explaining the hasle we had at reception. Two nights of our stay some of our party requested coffee in the foyer later at night but there were no facilities like that. Having worked in a hotel for 16 years I understood it was part of night shift responsibilities to provide refreshments for in-house guests. .

The hotel is situated in the center of Brussel, next to restorants and EU Parlament. The personal is kind and ready to help at any time. I can highly recommend the hotel. Will visit it definately again.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. I cannot complain about anything. Great training on personnel, great service, great food, great spa, great rooms. Everything was excellent, I would definitely come back

Super deal when booking outside regular office hours. Both the facility itself and staff used to care for customers with high expectations since they normally serve the EU parlement. Cleaning of rooms was especially well done... they even iron the bedlinen!!

Nice, helpful and friendly staff all round. Very comfy bed, pillows,clean and specious room (Executive Suite). Loved the lounge Club....was one of the best we've ever experienced. The staff there were fantastic. Breakfast was very good with the selections.

Nothing to really fault the hotel. However, free in-room wifi would have been perfect ( with the rate charged by Renaissance).

The suite was very well appointed and comfortable. The pool was nice for a quick morning dip and the breakfast was top notch. Great location.

I got pickpocketed in the city which wasn't the hotel's fault, but it soured the stay!

The staffs is professional. Room is big and comfort.

The location right next to the parliament was very convenient, with the bus it is also only 10minutes to the most beautiful part of the city centre. The rooms were very nice.

Free wifi was only available in the lobby, in the rooms it depends where your room is situated and how good your reception is , we were lucky and also had the public wifi in our room.

Very Clean, very luxurious, room was cleaned up every day with new towels when needed. Location is within easy reach of transport links (but see my negative comments to see why you need them!!)

The location was a couple of miles from the Grand Place, just around the corner from the European Parliament. We stayed at a weekend and most of the local bars and restaurants were either closed or closed really early meaning we had to go to the tourist areas to enjoy our stay. The food and drinks at the restaurant are pretty expensive (vodka & mixer was 11 euros) so we ate and drank outside the restaurant when we could. Would have liked to eat a breakfast in the hotel but not for 25 euros!!

No WIFI ! Outrageous in this day and age..

Hotel gave us a bottle of wine nd fruit for our honeymoon.

Very little if nothing. If was was to be very picky then the sauna was not hot enough but other than that it was a lovely stay

Good room facilities, clean, nice gym and spa. Location is good, not to far from old town. Generally very good choice.

Style of rooms ability to open windows

The changing facilities for pool are far too far from pool and akward to access.

Size of the room. No noise. Very good breakfast. Close to eu Parliament and Luxemburg train station. Would recommend for bussiness but not for a city break (my case).

Far from the city center (at least 20 - 25 min walk) and far from metro station (closest station at least 10 - 12 min walk). Bus station 200m (in front of Luxemburg train station) but the bus comes every 20 min. Difficult to return from the center late at night. Nothing to do in the area in the evening and on weekends. Very expensive Wi Fi (ridiculous for a bussiness hotel)

Some of the front desk staff young and restless :-) some of the cleaning staff not young but still restless:D. The hotel blocks 50 euro/day as a guarantee for the minibar in the room, but there are no drinks in the minibar! 3 weeks after my stay at the hotel they still didn't release the money back on my credit card,and you know why?they just don't care. I reserved this hotel for the cheap rate and cheap treatment I got and the last precious comment:don't send e-mails before arriving there, they don't bother to answer, they are too busy doing nothing

Staff at the reception were always friendly and patient. Huge breakfast room with good services. Within 5 min. Our requested items were delivered by room service.

Could not find anything we were missing.

The hotel is comfortable and esthetic. It's located in quiet neighborhood, but it takes only 5 minutes to get to the nearest metro station and approximately 20 minutes to Grand Place on foot.

It's weird that in such hotel with quite high prices wifi is not included and one has to pay for it additionaly. Nowadays it's as essential as tea/coffee facilities or a fridge.
