Score from 2168 reviews Wonderful
This is a genuinely good experience. The hotel and room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was absolutely lovely! Would I stay here again ? Absolutely!
Beds are comfortable
Staff at the bar, too warm swimingpool
Good service Good break fast Quiet area but very cnetral
The junior suites are almost like a normal executive room - nothing outstanding Ridiculous room service menu - basically nothing
The room was very clean, and the service was very prompt and friendly (I had asked for ice.)
The quality of the room service food was, to put it politely, subpar. I realise that I ordered off a limited menu and very late, but the food was overpriced, undercooked and tasteless.
a nice hotel with good value for money offers
service and especially speed of service do not equate to what one would expect from a 4* hotel
You need to have more staffs in reception area . All the available counters should have cash ready so the guests don't need to wait to long.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Large room and en-suite. Generally pretty good value for money.
Would have been nice to have been provided with milk and herbal tea options in the room.
Loved the location. The room was extremely comforable and very very clean. Breakfast was excellent and loved teh waffle machine! Amazing sauna in the fitness centre!!!
The pool was freezing! But loved the sauna!
Large room for 3 people. Swimming pool.
I liked everything very much. The hotel was very comfortable. Our room was cozy, the cleaning was good. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay in the same hotel the next time I visit Brussels. I highly recommend Renaissance Brussels hotel.
Location Friendly and helpful staff Very comfortable rooms & good size too Located near 'Hop on/Hop off' bus tour so really easy to get around
Weekend staff at breakfast
Easy to walk to centre of the city and discover new areas. Good sized room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
The selection of food in the restaurant is poor and not up to the standard of the Belgian food in general.
The junior suit was big enough.
The service in the hotel is very poor. I feel like I am begging when I call the room service. We booked a junior suit for 3 persons. They did not prepare the extra bed with sheets so we had to request it, the bathroom door was also broken so we requested to fix it. We were tired from the trip, but we had to wait for at least 40 min till they fixed them. The housekeeper refused to provide us with an extra pillow so we called the reception and they provided it. The housekeeper took the extra pillow the next day and we called the reception again, they were angry and said the hotel is full. The kettle in the room smelled like vinegar so I requested a change. We also requested a knife once. of course all our requests were received with attitude, and we did not receive what we were requesting. The service is really bad in the hotel, when we said that to the employee she told us with an attitude "umm, you can complain to the manager tomorrow" rolled her eyes and walked away! The building seems old and renewed, the dishes at the breakfast were extremely dirty.
Personnel was very kind and helpful. The pool isn't that big but good enough! We made use of the club lounge which was amazing, it is an extra space to come to ease and relax after a busy day at work or in the city
The staff and the indoor pool
No dislikes, loved it all
everything was perfect, nice room, quite big and confortable and very quiet surrunding, nice internal design as well.
automatic air conditionning in the room very noisy during the day (fortunatly, it did work during the night)
The customer service was perfect. We arrived early and got an early check in once the room is ready. We booked a junior suite with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. The navigator at the lobby is very useful for tourist. I would like to specially thanks Joanna Valente for her perfectly warm help throughout my stay.
We were staying in a junior suite however the tolietries we're not provided on the 2nd day and 3rd day. Towel was left on the bath to request for a change but they hung it back into the rail. Hopefully this can be improved.
The facilities and decorations are great. Very comfortable bed.
Located with a bit of walk to city centre. And no free wifi in the room.
The facilities were good and the staff very helpful, particularly the reception staff.
The lift system. The key card would not work all the time which was very annoying.
The location was convenient. the concierge and reception staff were very pleasant.
The cleanliness of the room was very poor, hairs on bathroom floor and in coffee cup. Swimming pool had a scum ring around the tiles, plaster on the floor along with a stray bolt. Entrance door to health club was dripping water onto the floor, which made it slippy. My 3 year slipped on it. Breakfast was a disaster zone upon arrival, dirty tables, no where to sit, buffet had been hit hard, replenishment was poor, very stressful for our young family. Staff were struggling to keep up with the demand. Rubbish bags full left by lift entrance to car park, random pillows and rubbish left in car park. WILL NOT stay there again.
very comfort room, quiet and good facility
Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and a genuine welcome. Staff for our whole stay made us welcome, made our six year old feel special and gave us a perfect end to our pan European Adventure. Thanks to all of the staff here, they are a credit to their management and themselves.
Nothing, cannot recommend this place highly enough.
The quality of the bedding etc
The anonymous corridors
