Score from 1477 reviews Excellent
The indoor pool and sauna Wifi is available everywhere but it is paid Breakfast is very good and rich Close to many bus stations and 7 minutes walk from metro Staff is very friendly and helpful
The executive lounge is a joke - never book a room with lounge access they have only water and apples and coffee , no food and no alcohol and it is closed on weekends!!!!! The lobby bar is nice but the prices are unreasonable - 14€ for cocktail
Cleanliness, quietness of the room, excellent location near the European Parliament buildings
Friendly, helpful staff Good breakfast Excellent facilities Good location
Very few hotels in Brussels could accommodate the 4 of us in one room, and even fewer had a swimming pool. Our room was spacious and allowed for privacy as well. We felt we had very good value for our money.
The wifi was a bit slow which meant we couldn't face time family back home. The location was good for people who have business in that area, but we ended up walking 30 minutes every day just to get to the location where the tours started.
Great breakfast Attentive and welcoming staff Lovely food at the restaurant Good facilities
The executive lounge was disappointing, small and not really well kept.
Even if we checked-in very late the staff was very kind and upgrade us only because they didn't had a king size bed room in our category (I reserved the room only few hours before). The bed was fine. The breakfast buffet has so many variety that it's difficult to choose. Very nice staff too.
Excellent staff and service
Wifi was only available in the lobby
Non-allergenic room was booked, however I was given a room full of goose feathers.
Pool and the upmarket rooms. Good value for money and very professional staff
-Far away from tourist locations, not much to do in parliament quarters (quiet at weekends) -Room was very warm
The bed was amazing!
Nice lobby and bar, excellent design all over, good-sized swimming pool (bath robe and slippers available in room), location close to Porte de Namur, avenue Louise and European quarter, good transport connections (metro Trône and Luxembourg train station). Hotel also has a restaurant (haven't tried it). Price quality ratio is high, especially during weekends.
As is the case with many hotels in Brussels, even the more expensive ones, the hotel is located in a decidedly ugly building.
I paid for wifi that was supposed to last 24 hours, howvee my connection was cut 1,5 hours early.
Internet should be free with value of price
Check in and check out reception taken long time
The room was clean and tidy, the reception was warm. I especially liked sauna and swimming pool
luxurious excellent staff, multilingual
WiFi very expensive, not free (?) In business quarter, bit remote from city centre, but doable by foot.
Room size, furniture, position, breakfast
WiFi speed and price
Clean, professional environment
A bit distant from the city, but just a 4 stops hop-on on the bus...
The suite room, the room service and the desk advisory tp have a nice lunch in the city
We have a lot of strange people in the pool area which are not hotel guests.
The style was modern and comfortable, very helpful staff, all facilities up to date and accessible, rooms very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a very nice spacious bed.
Had to pay for wifi in the room (wifi is free in public spaces).
Great location close to Place Luxembourg, quiet surroundings. Taxis were lined up outside of the hotel. Professional staff.
Fitness facilities were an adjunct public fitness centre with poor service. The bed was hard and squeaky. The only hotel food available even early in the evening was mediocre 'pub food' served in the pub area, though the website said there was a good hotel restaurant.
- Room (Junior Suite) was excellent - Bed was wonderful - Free Wifi (included in room rate) was good - Access to fitness club was very good
- Spa area dirty (sauna was very dirty and ugly), other guest jumping into pool after sauna without showering which is disgusting - Club Lounge was paid but closed "due to renovation" work although no renovation work was going on at all - Bathroom in Junior Suite very small
The beds were comfy & breakfast was lovely
A bit too expensive for what it was I thought
the gym, the gym and the gym. .
the head person for breakfast is rude, and very bad at his job. Just fire him, is a disgrace for such a hotel! do not get in the pool, too much people and easy to catch an infection
It's very easy to access to EU parliament and to take a bus no. 38 is very useful to go to the center.
On the busiest days (i.e. Christmas and New year season), we can see the real level of the hotel. On this point, this hotel seems to be just standard hotel. Staff' behavior need to be more polite and attentive to the guests. In addition we would like to ask to clean ,not surface cleaness, the room every day.
swimming pool, location
Room service menu very limited as well as restaurant menu Some staff were not polite
