Late makeup of room Book of Mormon but no Bible Club lounge not open weekend
The lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff. Requested twice slippers and they didn't helped me with my request.
Friendly helpful staff Comfortable beds Great value for money and included breakfast

nicely situated close to the EU Parliament and Place du Luxembourg; next Metro station in 10min walking distance
first day the housekeeping was beyond lazy - only tucked the old bedsheets in again, but left trash, I found my own hair still in the bathtub from the morning's shower, and did not clean the floor; wifi receiption in the lobby was close to non-existent; pool in the gym hadn't been cleaned for a while.
Wonderful hotel - just a little out of town - 20 minute walk - suited us just fine. Great rooms - and great staff. Would certainly choose to stay there again.
The staff were amazing. Pierre, the Housekeeping manager went out of his way to try and help us clean and pump up a tire on our pram. We were hugely impressed with his commitment and attitude. The bed!!! Our room was super comfortable and spacious. We were able to leave our pram in our room's foyer, and even with a single bed in the room it felt spacious.
We booked this hotel for the indoor swimming pool, however, it was far too cold for myself and our baby. My husband and daughter braved it, but we had hoped to spend more time in the pool in our down time. The pool shower was also filthy compared to the quality and cleanliness of the hotel.
Perfect location, great food in hotel restaurant. Walking distance to main attractions.
The breakfast was very rich with various food. Receptionists were very helpful and polite in handling our questions.
The pool and the sauna were over crowded.
- close to the city centre - in the European Parliament neighbourhood - delicious breakfasts - fast internet connection - friendly staff
Location, breakfast, room, facilities
Some members of staff, particularly the waiters (Arabs?) serving the breakfast. Unprofessional attitude, ill-mannered. On the contrary, the Philipino team (during the week-end) was very professional and polite.
Size of the junior suite, was comfy, 2 toilets
Long que in check in/check out. Furniture is rather dated, needs some uplifting/modernising in a near future.
Staff were genuinely helpful and on occasion went that extra step to make our few days at the hotel an enjoyable time. On arrival, we received a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit as it was my husbands birthday. The room we had was lovely. Staff were great with our 2 year old daughter. Overall felt like a great treat. Good location too.
was not clear that the tax was not included in our rate when I booked via booking.com so there were a few hidden costs I was not expecting. We did phone reception for our complimentary robes and slippers but never received them through out our stay.
Friendly & polite reception staff. I was greeted with smile from all the staff. Very pleasant.
Everything. Really lovely hotel
The room was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful!
The facilities like the pool were dated and not very clean.
friedly and assisting staff, access to longe
no access to internet, problem had not been solved during my stay
Pleasant room, very comfotable bed, friendly staff, decent breakfast.
Expensive. Very impractical switches for lighting, every single one needs to be turned on/ off separately. No master switch next to the bed.
The hotel was very clean and of a good quality. Bed very comfortable and rooms a good size. Very helpful and friendly staff.
The pool facility was a little disappointing. The photo on - line makes it look larger. Nice changing facilities and sauna though.
Very welcoming staff Efficient yet relaxed atmosphere.
No adapter phone charger available for room. although concierge were very helpful abs took my phone to charge, I missed an important call n
Friendly staff, clean modern rooms, room keys operated lifts so felt secure, perfect location for town centre, great in-room breakfast.
No free wifi in rooms, mini bar not stocked so had to order room service other this couldn't fault it in any other way.
Pool area was very modest
high quality hotel
breakfeast at ridiculous cost
Overall it was a reasonable experience, got a room early and this was well appreciated as I was travelling with wife and newborn.
Junior suite was ok, not very functional in my view but still quite spacious. Lounge access was ok, very little stock and almost no variety. Just a few soft drinks available, some fresh fruits and limited selection of biscuits. After 9pm there was not even water to drink left in the lounge. For the extra price you pay for the club room you would expected the lounge to be regularly restocked. Leisure centre was the real disappointment. Small and smelly swimming pool, and cool and u inviting sauna. And overall leisure area seemed poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Breakfast was only in lounge with limited variety. Coffee machine was horrible, coffee taste disgusting, and milk powder used for the cappuccino. A definite NONO!
This hotel is very overpriced for what it is and does not have the facilties or indeed the grandeur that the price would imply. When I stayed there in early November there appeared to be no heating in the rooms so I was kept awake by the cold as the bed covers were too thin. The breakfast was also poor and not comparable with other hotels charging less. I guess because of its position and the demand it can charge the prices it does for business visitors
