Renaissance Brussels Hotel

今回のプランには、朝食込み、パーキング込みと書いてあったため、車は１台でしたが、２部屋とも９９ユーロ- の部屋にしたのですが、会計の時には、朝食代がかかりました。（２５ユーロを４人分）朝食込みの内容のはず- だ、と話しをしましたが、結局支払いました。朝食内容に違いがあったのかもしれませんが、そのことの案内も- ありませんでした。広告内容に誤りがあったのかどうか、わかりません。予約内容に誤りがあるのでは、今後の- 検索は、ちょっと考えます。

We had two rooms and both were charged with mini bar usage eventhough we had used anything and the behaviour of the reception staff made it appear that this was a normal practice. Secondly, one of the rooms had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door but the cleaning staff came in anyway.

I loved the swimming pool!! However, the changing rooms arrangement is not good as the temperature there is very cold and the lockers need a lock, which you either bring with you from home or borrow from the reception beforehand..

The breakfast is not as good as it used to be but it is still ok.

The desk staff were efficient. The room was not overheated and it was possible to open the window without making the room unbearably noisy.

I lost my mobile phone the week before, and was outraged to be charged 37 euros for a phone call to Luxembourg.

Near metro and bus stations, quiet area, breakfast, car parknig, sauna, gym and swim pool in room price.

The heating does not work in my room but I recieved oil radiator. Breakfast was good but I had in other 4* hotels bigger choice.

I like that opportunity to have special weekend offer including parking place for the very reasonable price. Hotel located 20-30 min by foot from G Place

Nice hotel, centrally located. Good comfort and cleanliness of the room. Staff was quite helpful.

Breakfast overpriced at € 25. Internet access not free. Noisy air- conditioning, it was too cold in the room.

All was perfect including service and parking.

Clean and nice looking hotel, staff helpful. Very good breakfast. Close to bus/taxi station and close to the shops. Good value for money for a weekend stay, breakfast and parking were included in the price.

The water in the indoor pool was cold, the jacuzzi didn't work and neither did their sauna. We ordered a snack at the restaurant bar and after 15 minutes waiting the waitress told us they didn't have it. Parking a bit tricky to get to.
