Residence Agenda  

Good price, value for money. Very good location, 20mins walking to city square. Lots of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Very convenient and close to all possible public transport, E.g metro max 10mins walking. Tram stop just outside. Corner shop just across the road (convenient when out of milk) Lift so very good when have lots of bags. Good security - double locked doors in the entrance. Acceptable cleanliness. Very good size rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Cutlery for 4-5 people and all kinds of pots and pans. Very warm flat - wont get cold when staying over winter. When enjoining relaxing on the front of the tv after long day out, take DVDs with you. Mainly French speaking channels and only bbc1 & bbc2. They even got vcr player if anyone’s interest. Staff was friendly and helpful. And once again – fantastic location!

It was on the main street and some traffic noise but at the night time quite quiet. Stayed over the weekend and not much trouble. Had trouble with the hot water – kept running out so really one person shower and then had to wait about an hour until it got warm again.

Location:close to public transport; Good report quality/price. Breakfast good enough. Nice personal Wi fi free

convenience, cost, location

I was satisfied this residence. Because it's not expensive but enough services.For exemple,there is not only kitchen but also some dishes, microwave,oven,refrigerator,toaster and coffee maker were there we didn't use thoug.The breakfast also enough quantity for us.

The problem is the smell.I think it's from the restaurant of 1st floor. And if you want to use the appliances,you need wash them before you use.

Functional and exactly what I was looking for. Clean and quite.

Construction work going on so lots of dust and entrance.

No clearence in appartment during several days.

The room is really big.The staffs are very attentives,clean and confortable are the special points!Recommended 100%.

Just the wireless was not working.I got to get one neighbor's wifi,but not in special.

Appartments in Residence are really big and comfortable. All Kitchen equipent was also complete and good.

1. It's a bit noisy in the Morning due to traffic on the street. 2. Hotel staff couldn't explain where situated hotel garage in Residence so we didn't find it. By the way Hotel take 15 EURO for the night parking and Public parking in the next building - 14,90 EURO for 24 hours.

It was very spacious. The price was very good considering the location and the accommodations. I stayed a week by myself, but could easily see staying longer and as a couple, or a family. It could easily make long- term accommodations.

The only thing is that I would prefer some manner of shuttle to the apartments. This being my first time in Brussels, I was less than confident about my ability to get around. The 5 minute walk was not bad, but it would have been nice to have some manner of taxi to ensure finding the right place, and help with luggage.

Breakfast good, but bit crowded at times.

The receptionist is really helpful. THE ROOM IT`S BIG AND WITH ALL THE EUIPMENT(HI FI, DVD, VHS, TV).

It was convenient for visiting our grand-daughter and had easy access to transport.It was useful to have a small kitchen.

We did not like having to walk so far for our Breakfast and when getting there finding space at a premium.

Very good location, underground station 10 min by walk, many shops and supermarkets around. Appartment and kitchen fully equipped. Good choice for city trip - railway station 15 min.
