Residence Agenda  

We have stayed in apartments.Good area, check-in-out was quick. Good value for the money. Wi-fi was good. Perfect for a city trip if u prefer apartments.

I have stayed at the hotel before and on this occasion I used one of their associated apartments. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The flats are comfortable, well furnished and equiped and very close to central Brussels, with shops, restaurants, cinema etc nearby. Also close to the metro station.

You have to go by the hotel Agenda Louise it belongs to both to pick up and drop off the key. This isn't very easy when you have your suitcases.

The appartment was very comfortable and clean. I will stay there always during my next missions in Brussels.

Functional and exactly what I was looking for. Clean and quite.

Construction work going on so lots of dust and entrance.

No clearence in appartment during several days.

The room is really big.The staffs are very attentives,clean and confortable are the special points!Recommended 100%.

Just the wireless was not working.I got to get one neighbor's wifi,but not in special.

Appartments in Residence are really big and comfortable. All Kitchen equipent was also complete and good.

1. It's a bit noisy in the Morning due to traffic on the street. 2. Hotel staff couldn't explain where situated hotel garage in Residence so we didn't find it. By the way Hotel take 15 EURO for the night parking and Public parking in the next building - 14,90 EURO for 24 hours.

Breakfast in a different building 200m away

Very good location, underground station 10 min by walk, many shops and supermarkets around. Appartment and kitchen fully equipped. Good choice for city trip - railway station 15 min.

Staff very efficient and friendly. Accommadation clean with all mod cons including dish washer!

We specifically asked for twin beds and were not told they could not supply them until the morning of departure so too late to do anything about it. The breakfast room is very small and so crowded every morning. Very exprnsive not for value for money.

Location is good, near a metro station and close to the city centre.One can find all what he needs when living in the residence: Kitchen with all what you can think about, small living room, small bedroom, bath and toilet.

Not clean. If you think of leaving there then bring with you the following: vacuum cleaner, plastic bags for bins, toilet paper, soup and dush gel, and something to remove the dust that covers all the room furnitures.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful.... Room was excellent and complete with everything you might want in a kitchen too. Everything worked. So highly recommended.

Only concern was safety with the windows open.... Being on the fifth floor.... It's a long way down, should you fall out! Definitely not a place for inquisitive children. I would suggest modern windows that lean in, rather than open in.
