If you want to use the swimming pool then please bring a bathing cap and a bathing suit (shorts are forbidden).
Sheets and towels are included in your reservation. Please remember to bring baby furniture (if you did not book them), toilet paper and all you need to do the washing up as these are not provided.
There are many more things to see in the surrounding region, such as the Domain of Hottemme (150 hectares in Barvaux) which is really interesting for those who love nature and animals. The farm castle in GrandHan, Romanesque churches in Tohogne and Bomal, dolmens and menhirs in Wéris and caves in Hotton are all within driving distance.
In order to upgrade the hotel's services, the indoor pool of Résidence Durbuy will be closed for renovation from 20/04/2009.

The countryside location. The address given for this hotel is a side road and it is impossible to find the entrance if you arrive at night time when on this road! You just seem to circle the compound but can't get in. When we called the out of hours numebr the staff member could not instruct us properly to the entrance or explain where we were and how we could get to the main entrance. Staffs english was bad and our french too! |

We were very content about our stay at Résidence Durbuy. We stayed with four friends in an Atlas apartment and it had more room than we expected. We arrived in the evening. The information about sheets, towels etc could be improved. It was not clear to us how many bags of sheets we needed. Also it was not clear how we were supposed to clean the house at departure. |

The location, was quiet, clean, and a beautiful view. You need to speak French or Dutch to comunicate with the hotel's staff, not posibility to speak in English. 2 times the power was off in our bungalow. |

location near Durbuy, room: spider webs around bed, music stereo was broken, old/dirty sofa - not acceptable to sit on, restaurant at 200m was closed and so was the indoor pool - on a long holiday weekend! |

Admission to nice indoor town pool included in room cost. You need to bring your own food / supplies but reception sells a few basic. View beautiful. Residence very basic. You must return dirty sheets and towels to reception, sweep and mop before you check out. |

We liked the roominess of the place and the proximity to the pool and the town of Durboy. Some amenities were missing, i.e. shampoo, body soap, dish soap, the checkout-procedure instructions. |

Geen hotel, moet omschreven worden als studio of appartement. Alles was verzorgd, vriendelijk onthaal. Bij het vertrek op woensdag was de receptie dicht, jammer dat dit ons niet werd meegedeeld vooraf. We hebben de sleutel dan maar in de brievenbus gedeponeerd. |

prijs-kwaliteit was ok. Mogelijkheid om appartement te boeken voor 6 personen voor 1 dag in het weekend is plus punt. eerst werd ons een appartement toegewezen die niet voldeed aan de reservering. Er waren geen 2 badkamers aanwezig. Nadat nadrukkelijk de reservering werd getoond met de vermelding werd een ander appartement toegewezen; |

alles aan receptie verliep vlot, aangenaam appartement, best gezellig we hadden niet verwacht dat er 2 mensen in de living moesten slapen en hier was geen bedlinnen voor voorzien (appartement voor 8 personen)Om 10 uur het appartement verlaten is erg vroeg, zeker als je je brood pas vanaf 9uur kan afhalen.Al bij al wel content. |

Wij hebben mogen inchecken voor de vooropgestelde tijden en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en bovendien Nederlandstalig! Felicitaties voor mevr. Lejeune! Wij zijn een 13 jaar geleden ook al eens daar geweest en mijn eerste indruk was dat het heel hard verloederd was met name wat schimmelplekken hier en daar en water die in de muren was ingetrokken. |

De rust en de stilte, ruime kamer met veel faciliteiten. Er was geen bed! We moesten in een divan slapen die we bovendien zelf moesten opdekken. Schandalig voor die prijs!!! Er hing een muffe geur in de kamer. |

eigenlijk niets is ons helemaal tegengevallen receptie was nauwelijks open en onvriendelijk. eigenlijk helemaal geen fijne service. Bongalows waren echt vuil. overal haren op de grond. Bloed en haren in bedovertrek. plinten van vloer die loskwamen. siffon die lekkte. vensters die volgens mij maar 1 maar in het jaar gewassen worden muren waren smerig van dode insecten. |
