- Costly ! We paid € 300 for 2 nights at Newyear. We rented a 4-person appartment to have a separate bedroom and space for our dog and cat. Still, a realistic price - in view of hotel pricing in the area -would be 75-100 euro per night. - we were told there would be no fireworks on the parc, which was our main reason for going there with our pets. But apparently someone forgot to tell our neighbors... still, much more relaxed then the world war-3 enactment at home. - Wacky entrance. Around the back, far from the road, no direct access from parking. It would be a large improvement to make a direct access from the parking next to the building. - Direct environment: rather 'wild' nature and not much leisure ground e.g. a park, pond, etc would make an improvement onsite for dog walking and such.

Location was perfect so I could do anything that I wanted with my family.

Room was not so nice, but it's okay for just weekend use.

Limited reception service.

We stayed for three nights to visit the Belgian Grand Prix - about 35 miles away. It is very peaceful and in a beautiful area. The reception staff are very friendly. I asked for a twin bedded room as I was travelling with my son, but as they couldn't oblige I was allowed to put in an inflatable bed for the lad. Once you have checked in you come and go as you please. You get free use of the local swimming pool which we didn't have time to explore. There is a good choice of restaurants about 15 minutes drive away. You really need a car to come here.

It is hard to find! It needs a sign from the main road to direct you. Don't expect a hotel as it is a holiday park. Our deal included heating and bedding but watch as some deals would not include this. You have to make your own beds and clean up before you go. This is not necessarily a criticism, but something you need to be aware of.

Bureaucracy of needing to meet the cleaning lady before leaving

Instead of booking to a hotel we wanted to have a petfriendly stay with more space and a green view, a terrasse for enjoing the outside and the fresh air. To be able to park the car closeby. We got a nice apartment for the price of a hotelroom and in our opinion this was a better choice than a hotel room - for instance in Durbuy you could see, there was no close parking to the city hotels, so it was really easy to carry the luggage inside. The houses of Res. Durbuy are like villas and it was really nice to swim in the outside swimming pool. There was also a wellness with indoors pool closby, but we never got time to go there, because of walking the different paths (river Ourthe etc).

As improvement ideas for res Durbuy: make a barbecue place, where people can sit on wooden plank benches and have some kind of brick fireplace and make barbecue, it would give added value, and you have all the space for it. Put more signs, it was not easy to find there, also for the walking paths. Maybe you could write a a4 paper with what to do or visit one day, for instance a walk to the megalites? Take away the tea can and vase ceramic from the rooms - it is modern not to have these in the apartement. The check in lasted too long - make it shorter by sending the customers in advance a pdf with info etc. And please take care of and feed the beautiful red kitten!

Too expensive for a studio for 2 persons! For 211€ we coupe have stayed in à hotel with breakfast And à normal bed!

שהינו בדירה גדולה 2 חדרי שינה וסלון עבור 3 אנשים,( רצוי להשאיר את הסלון פנוי כסלון שיהיה מרחב מחייה), מאובזרת היטב, מטבח עם מוצרי חשמל, כלי אוכל, נמצא באזור שקט וירוק. כ- 2 ק"מ מהעיר DURBUY יש קאנטרי קלאב על יד דירות הנופש האלו, כך שניתן לקנות כרטיסים לבריכה המחוממת שם 3 יורו לאדם לכניסה אחת (אך צריך גם כובעי ים לכולם, ובגד ים צמוד לא בצורת בוקסר)

לטענת פקיד הקבלה המקום אינו מלון, הוא מורכב מדירות נופש ולכן: 1. שעת הכניסה בין 16-17, ורצוי לעמוד בזמנים, 2. הדירה לא כוללת כלל שום חומרים מתכלים מלבד נייר טואלט (אין שמפו, סבון, סבון כלים, שקיות אשפה, תבלינים). 3. המצעים יחכו לכם על המיטה, האורח מציע לעצמו את המיטות, ובסיום השהות אוסף את כל המצעים/מגבות למשרד - למקום המיועד לכביסה. כמו כן יש להוציא את האשפה, לשטוף את הכלים ולהכניסם לארון.... 4. בסיום השהות מגיעה חדרנית שבודקת אם הכל תקין, מסודר, כל מוצרי החשמל נמצאים -(קשוחה - נראה כמו "מסדר המפקד") ורק אחרי האישור שלה הולכים למשרד למסור את המפתח (בין 9-10 בבוקר). 5. למרות שקנינו כרטיסים לבריכה מפקיד הקבלה - לא נכנסנו לבריכה כי לא היו לנו כובעי ים - לא קיבלנו החזר על כרטיסים אלו. 6. טלוויזיה ישנה, 7. יש לשלם בנפרד על אינטרנט או WIFI

Comfort bedden Deze tv Kan echt niet!!!!!!!! Geluid erbarmelijk!!!! Voor ons een reden om eerder te vertrekken. We zijn Nederlanders en wilde graag O.A. tv kijken I.V.M. de troonswisseling. Ik heb van te voren geiinformeerd welke zenders er waren. Maar dat er dan een tv staat die bijna niet te verstaan is zo oud!!!?????

Op 29 april kwam een zeer onvriendelijke dame me vertellen dat ik eruit moest, ze zag dat ik niets had ingepakt. Dit was om half tien.Sprak alleen frans? Ik liet haar op mijn papier zien dat we pas de volgende ochtend zouden vertrekken. Nors zonder excuses te maken vertrok ze. Daar het geluid van de tv zo slecht was hebben we alsnog besloten om dezelde avond te vertrekken.

Quand on es arrivé le personnel etait jamais la on devait téléphonée pour avoir no clé il on mis dans un coffre ,on devait chercher l appart . quand on es arrivée dans l appart dèja il était sale pas nettoyer une honte pour ce prix . mom fils avait mis la tv il avait l image sur toute les chaine friger on pouvait rien faire et la reception on a fait pour qui regarde l eau chaude c etait l eau froide les plomb etait effectueux je n irai meme plus ca ce establissememt

Aangezien we in de winterperiode daar kwamen hadden ze rekening kunne houden met verwarming van het huis. 1 dag en nacht in de kou gezeten, het duurde 1 dag voordat we het huis konden opwarmen. Bedden waren niet schoon er zat zelfs schimmel in 1 van de bedden ! Laatste dag hadden we ook geen warm water met douchen.

Het is mooi gelegen, ligt op 2,5 km van Durbuy en Barvaux. Het is een mooi huisje met een ruime keuken. De 2 badkamers zijn ideaal. Het personeel ik echt heel vriendelijk. Je hebt er toch veel privacy niettegenstaande dat er veel huisjes staan.

Eigenlijk niets, het was allemaal perfect in orde. Alleen bij de boeking dat je geen keuze kan maken voor bedlinnen en de verplichte kuis.

Rustig en prachtige ligging

Het interieur is wat rommelig en achterstallig.
