Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 35,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Κατοικίδια
Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται κατόπιν αιτήματος. Ενδέχεται να υπάρχει επιπρόσθετη χρέωση.

Nothing negative to mention on this stay. Nice, Cosy, warm and clean room. Nice and tastefull breakfast. Staff very friendly and welcoming on every shift. Overall perfect stay and real bargain price for what it's worth. Definitely recommended. |

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and spacey! Breakfast was poor ... no any kind of vegetables at all. |

I use this hotel regularly. I find it clean, comfortable and well managed. The situation is excellent for access to all main areas of Antwerp. Breakfast is included in price but the wi-fi internet costs 50 euro per week. That is steep. If breakfast were 50 euro pw and internet were free it might seem a better deal. |

We have stayed at the Residence Hotel for just one night and found it nice and cosy, nicely located in the center of the city. Very close to the Central station and 10-min walk from the shopping street and central square. Good service for low price. |

Hotel was 1 min from the shopping street. Parking (QPark) was below the hotel. Payed 15 euro for 2 days (from 12.00 am to 1.00 p.m) the hotelroom was very moist.. |

The Hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. Yes, I had to pay very expensive parking space that didn't belong to the Hotel. I would prefer a cheaper parking space belonging to the Hotel Residence. |

Good location for me, close to my business destination. The hotel was not worth 4stars: not really clean, very noisy (even at 5th floor), a strange smell in the room, empty minibar. Cheap breakfast. |

I was asked to pay the fare when I check in. I stay in 3 hotels before Hotel Residence . None of hotels ask me like this. Especially, I saw a Hotel customer check out and pay it. It is a very bad feeling for me that not be trusted by Hotel. I do not know why and just think about may be I am a people come from Asia. I will never to book in the Hotel Residence again. |

Big room. Breakfast quite o'k. Location fine. Not noisy. Paid Internet connection - not a modern service. Parking could be free too (however, I did not use it). Slow daily service (cleaning room). |

Friendly staff. Good breakfast room and range of food. The room smelled of smoke - not pleasant or acceptable for a non-smoker. It would have been nice to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |
