Leaving

I booked a double rooom and was given a small single. Hotel staff were unhelpful. The hotel is rated 4 star - I do not know how it got this rating.

Breakfast was good (little tip, small toaster over for bread!), staff was quite helpfull

We booked a non-smorking room and according to the door it was a non-smoking room but we found the window open to let the smoke out and an ashtray on the table when we entered the room. Must say that we only found a smoky smell after we returned from dinner and the window had been closed for several hours. Mold/fungus on the wall of the bathroom and a lot of dust on floor or room.

central location for shopping and old town. Good breakfast and plenty of hot water.

When we left the car park there is a side enterance to the hotel which is closed it appeared at first that the hotel was shut. Slight panic until we went around the corner to find the main lobby.

the staff was very friendly and helpfull and the hotel is near by the train station and the city center

is not a 4* hotel for sure,is a good 3* maybe,a bit old and not very refurbished,but ok at that price.No minibar,the hall was small and smelling like cigarettes all day long,the towels were old,also the furniture and carpets.
