Nothing at all, didn't expect it would be that bad! Very poor breakfast, smell of smoke in the lobby, poor furbishment in the room, room is big but not kept tidy and cosy, heater did not work in the washroom |

I chose this hotel for its location which was near the airport shuttle bus stop and near to cultural sites. The breakfast that was included in the cost was very good. The furnishings and carpeting were older, but the room was spacious and adequate. |

central location near the train station and city center, spacious room with comfortable bed, decent breakfast, nice staff and a very decent price. despite ticking the non-smoking room box when booking, the previous occupant had been smoking heavily which was unpleasant. In this age surely it shouldn't be allowed any more to smoke in a hotel (bed!) room... |

The hotel staff was not very kind. On arriving at around 21:00, we were told to go to another hotel due to electrical problem. We had to walk to that hotel with our luggages, leaving our car at the parking lot next to Hotel Residence. The receptionist did not give us explanation about how to get to the hotel by car and parking information. We chose this hotel because of the location of a car park. |

Its location. This was billed as a four-star but a lot of the furniture, fittings, carpets, lobby, towels etc had seen better days and the place had a very run-down feel to it. The breakfast buffet was also poor. It is in major need of refurbishment and in my view is no longer a four star. |
