No consumables for the washing machine

the kitchen was well equipped

we booked 2 apartments for 3 people but we had to stay all 3 in one apartment because the other had an awful smel of feces, the hair dryer wasn't working, the heating system didn't worked and they couldn't give us anoher apartment. We had bed clothes only for the bedroom bed so one slept on the sofa without bed clothes and pillow

Being located in a side bui lding and without breakfast

Spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood. Good connection to Grand Place and airport. Recommended for group of friends on business or longer visit in brx

A sink in a toilet did not work. No breakfast provided. Internet was extra chargable - 7€ per a day, which did not work well.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff.

The apartment was well-equiped for the purpose. The small shop in the reception is very handy and staff are friendly.

When I arrived the heating system wasn't working properly and it took a few days to get repared. Instead, I received a portable heater from the receptionist. In the kitchen was a very bad smell that came from the space where the boiler is located. The smell was noticable in the whole apartment. I was offered to change rooms but that meant to repack my suitcase and take a lot of food from the refrigerator. I therefore stayed in the smelly room (# 216).

Accommodation was faultless but it would gave been nice to have been given a bottle of water and to have been issued with a shower cap

Excellent location with a view to the European Parliament. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Quiet surrounding.

I usually stay here when I'm in Brussels. The apartments are clean, spacious and have basically everything you need. There's a small kitchen, which I admit I hardly every use, iron and ironing board, separate living and sleeping rooms. Considering what hotels can cost here, these are great value for money. They're located very close to the Parliament, and not more than about 5 minutes walk to Troon metro.

The apartment was vast and comfortable

Failure of the shower. It is a pity that in 21 century you have to pay separately for internet, I prefer this price included in the price of the residence with clear password for access, specially in the European district of Brussels.

I liked most the area of the apartment

The apartment is freezing only one small heater in the living room and rest of it very cold.

Spacious room at prime location for business and access to gym.

While there was a coffee maker and a kettle no tea or coffee was provided. But most of all the heating did not work in the room I was given (the temperature in the room was around 16 c and it was below 0 outside!). When I complained about this to the reception they did not bother to check what the problem was or to offer me a new room - they just gave me a small portable radiator which was far from enough to heat up that place. I had an absolutely horrendous stay at this hotel.

Very clean and very big suite for this price. I paid 100eur per night for the equivalent of a small one bedroom flat

* There was not enough personnel to accommodate the customers at the check- in on December 31.

bathroom would need swift renovation, tap almost falling out from the wall etc. For the price only 1 hour of wifi use is included - free use should be evident

Well located, nice reception staff, ease of use.

The comfort in the rooms is really very minimal. The thermostat is pre-set to 22 which it barely reaches on a very cold December Night. I w very cold all night. Not enough hot water, the bedding is uncomfortable (again, not warm enogh). I have stayed there before and it's sort of ok for the summer, but a bad choice for the winter.

Good concept, specially for longer stay ( own kitchen, bedroom).

Just a watch out that the Fitness Centre below the 1st floor rooms in Building 10 operates from 7am to 10pm and is noisey. When it shuts - silence descends!

Lost of space in the apartment. Cozy and clean. Comfortable and easy to get around in the city from the hotel.

Was a nice well kept room with all amenities.near the european parliament.good area. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.very safe and secure access to the flats.a little away from the sight seeing areas.metro is about 300 metres away.a few essentials available at the reception

A slow brained staff called eric who charged the entire amount instead of the nominal two days on checking in and later asked me to get it rectified from the manager who is available only in the morning hours...a little hard to digest that if the clerk goofed it up he ought to sought out the mess but he just washed his hands off..but otherwise little to complain about and it is a nice reception otherwise
