The room,102 was a great one with garden view,the size of the room,tv channels, and the quality of the details was excellent... we wished that the room had an internet connection,we paid but had difficulties,it went on and off and it was slow,when one was connected the other couldn't use it... |

Sufficient space It is almost an offense to have to pay for wireless internet that doesn´t function very well. Besides, lots of hotels have better internet connections - and for free. So, there is definately a gap to catch up on, means the world to business people... |

Good sized comfortable suite at an excellent price Expensive extras include internet and parking. A profusion of wood tile and marble surfaces generates a lot of internal noise, especially from longer term 'residents', not helped by the ground floor gym and its bi-nightly workouts. |

Access to gym and sauna, close to the European Institutions, high standard furniture give luxury feeling, balcony, good hairdryer and umbrella available. Have stayed here before and will definitely do it again. The curtains don't shut properly, Internet to expensive. Would be useful to provide detergent. |

Confortable, clean and having all that you need, close to European Parliament and Luxembourg railway station. It was and excellent discount based on which I discovered this hotel of 4 stars. |

Great location for business trip, and across the street from a huge spa! just 2 blocks from the major train station. Perfect! no coffee in the room. no bar or restaurant. |

I like the seperated spaces for sleeping, kitchen and living room. I think they should provide some detergents for guests since they don't provide cleaning service during the stay. |

The rooms are ok but : the hotel is too noisy and everything is additional in the price.... parking, internet, etc. Where others are including the internet connectivity there you must pay 10 € for 24 hours but usually people are only sleeping for one night ... this makes the internet connection around 10 € for 2-3hours as you sleep the rest of the night ... same for parking as difficult to find a place near the hotel (all streets are not foreseen for parking) |

it was a kind of mini apartment, nice clean and Calm. if you arrive late, you find not even water, because they close the reception at 23:00, so you have to wait till the next day. |

The apartment was comfortable, equipt with most of the things one would need (including an umbrella!). The balcony had not been cleaned for at least a month. Some damages on the cabinets and furniture had not been repaired. |

Could walk to hotel from Central station and European Commission offices. Lovely decor, balconey and kitchen. No coffee in room. Had to buy from front lobby which closed early. |

The room was bigger than expected, and well-arranged. No, it is a very good quality for price. It would be great to have a Reception working 24/7, but since it is possible to check out in advance - it's ok. |
