It is in a convenient location.

I would describe the interior of the apartment as "tired". The walls were stained and the bathroom was in need of some attention. The lighting was so gloomy we could hardly see in the evening. You get the impression this is to cover up the poor state of the decoration.

it was a good size

The furnishings were very tired , the rooms neeeded renovating, there were broken tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The cuttlery and crockery was filthyand old and the place was generally vwery worn. The star rating and price certainly did not indicate this !!

I liked the location adn teh interior of the room. But I did not like that fact that hot water was constantly disappearing. It would be good if this problem could be eliminated.

Very well located, good apart hotel size, perfect for business people looking for apart hotel. Just beside place lux and eu parlament

Very good value as a two bed appartment with living room

Lack of cleaning facilities - no cloth to wipe surfaces, no dishwasher tablets and so had to buy a box from supermaket, no washing up liquid (and small thing the long stem wine glassess didnt fit in the dishwasher) detaiuls of where to take garbage, recycling facilities if any and any other facility issues where not maDE available in a flat guide or similar these were small issues but easily rectified

Sadly I had two bad nights at the Thon Parnesse this time. Noisy neighbours prevented me from having a good night's sleep on both nights.This made my visit unpleasant and I wasn't able to work very well during the days. I did complain on the first night but this didn't prevent the noise being even worse on the second night. I asked for a quiet room when I booked but clearly didn't get one. The apartment was also dusty and needed a good clean.

Once again, reception staff on arrival were incredibly rude and unhelpful - a recurring problem.

Equipment/aceesories missing/ poorly maintained in apartment. Additional un-neccessary charges for use of pool and internet incurred which really shoulds all be included in the advertised cost of the apartment.

It is close to Luxembourg train station and European Parliament, close to many buses, though metro station Trone is not that close. Spacious suite, clean, nice bathroom, kitchen with microwave and fridge. All is good.

Receptionist I met was simply impolite arguing with other client while checking my reservation. Obviously tired and grumpy.

Great location, right next to Place Luxembourg and the European parliament. Wonderful apartment with two bathrooms, bedroom and large living room. Just really practical if staying in Brussels for several days.

Nothing major - just feel that Internet in all hotels should be free of charge!
