Large well appointed apartment with two bedrooms - great for a family or two couples or business group. Very well located in an interesting but quiet district near the European Parliament. Would be nice to have basic consumable items - eg. longlife milk, tea and coffee, sugar and washingup liquid - provided as part of the service, like in a hotel room. |

Secure parking, easy welcome, big rooms, good location for the event we were attending, good nearby restaurants and bars. Lighting a bit dim some light bulbs not working. |

I was given a small apartmet for the price of a room. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Also the hotel is ideally located if you have to go to the Euro district. Unfortunately, the apartment I was given was above a fitness centre so you could hear people exercising, music and the fitness intructors shouting. |

Everything was clean and in order, the room was quiet, the bed comfortable. I liked it that there was an iron and a hairdryer, although I did not use them on this occasion. Next time I visit Brussels, I will definitely return to your hotel. |

The hotel is very conveniently located if one needs to visit the EC or the EP. The commuting with the airport is convenient as the bus stop is only a few steps away and direct bus service is available. The rooms are spacious. It is handy to have kitchen in the room. I liked the hotel, however, the suana and the swimming pool were not available. It would be useful if the information on the available facilities is reflected correctly in the description of the hotel. |

Very clean and comfortable room! Spacious, too. It was very hard to find and there is nowhere to park for check-in. Parking at the hotel is ridiculously expensive and their internet access didn't work in the lobby. |

Price initially and location. Appartment was very well laid out, good facilities.and leisure centre available. Felt some lack of security in accommodaion block away from reception. also please include some kitchen towels in the kitchen area. |

Location good as was use of gym. The room was quiet.The appartment was very tidy. The Receptioinst was very helpful. There was a slight smell of drains in the appartment which seemed to be coming from the kitchen area. I suggest the management investigate |

The self catering nature of the hotel gave flexibility to the stay and the bar/restaurant over the road is good. As a late arriver, I had been unable to purchase anything for breakfast. Reception staff directing me to the small range of goods in the foyer would have been very helpful. |
