The size of the apartment was incredible. So much more than what we were expecting! Fully furnished apartment, everything you could need and the front desk offered frozen goods and basics. Would highly recommend this apartment. There were wet towels left in the washing machine, not so nice. |

Very convenient accommodation The curtains on the apartment windows were difficult to manage and to shut correctly. The second toilet / w/c did not contain any wash-hand basin and was thus not really independent of the main en-suite bathroom. |

Location opposite to European Parliament and very close to Place Luxemburg - Nice garden view from apartment - 2nd WC available in 1 bedroom apartment High cost of Internet (18 EUR ped day) and wired (NO WiFi available) - Kettle was old would not swich off automatically - Not many satelite TV channels, no ERT World Greek TV channel available although listed - Taxi rank too far to walk with heavy luggage and calling taxi by reception takes too long - Difficult access with steps (no ramps) for reception only to have to go to another building up and down again with luggage - Noise in rooms due to poor sound proofing - No cleaning /servicing of apartment although stayed for 4 nights |

Self contained residence is excellent for people with flexible schedules who do not want to use hotel facilities. Just one service issue - the toaster was faulty and blew the apartment fuses every time it was used! It was reported but not rectified. Everything else was OK. |

Its location near the Europen institutions, the fact that there was Internet connection, the price is competitive. Sometimes some smell from the kitchen of other apartments could be noticed in ours. |

Hotel was in a great location with Metro link just a 7 minute walk away. However, we walked all around the city and didn't use the metro much. It was wonderful having the use of the gym facilites, which were on site, and the staff there were really helpfu. Definately go back for another stay. Would recommend a one bedroomed apartment Duvets were too small. Although, we also used the spare one. Could smell others cooking through the heating ststem. |

Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it was an excellent place to stay at an amazing price The Location.............the map doesnt show that its a bit out of the centre of brussels, at least a 45 minute walk to Grand Place |

1. Apartment is well equipped (including kitchen equippment). Suitable for 3-4 persons family travelling together (also for infants). 2. Less than 200m to EU Parliament. 1. The reception room was rather rough, furniture and design below expectations. 2. Staff was relatively slow on preparing invoices etc. Several corrections were needed. |

Very nice room and excellent kitchen. The gym facilites are perfect! Cleaning was very good and internet speed is fast, but not free. Unfortunately the internet access is not free. It should be included. |

Very big, luxury, all staffed kitchen, location, fitness centre & spa. no bussines room, printer was broken, young girl is very unpolite in the resepsion, 60 euros cleaning is compulsory even if do not want them clean your room. |

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. 2 loos. Plenty of thick white towels. Felt car was very secure in car park. Extremely quiet with no noise from neighbouring apts. Hotel across road had very pleasant bar. Getting into the carpark was a bit fraught as w needed a pass from reception but we only discovered this after we drove into entrance of car park and blocked it. Old fashioned tv |

The room was really big, like a small house. Seperate sleeping area, two toilets and complete kitchen! The location itself is excellent for business trips (it is really in the heart of European Institutions) the bed was rather soft |
