все неплохо, большой номер, недалеко от центра недостатки - очень странно , что не было ни одной таблетки для посудомоечной машины или моющего средства , по опыту проживания в аппертаментах в других странах такого крохоборства нигде не было практически вся посуда бала грязная, ровненько в стопочки поставленная по местам, пришлось первым делом все перемывать, о сковородках тоже непрятно вспоминать. а так все хорошо |

Отель удобен для проживания семей с детьми или для тех,кто приезжает на длительный период. Мы ездили с 1,5 г ребенком,чувствовали себя почти как дома,очень уютный номер (у нас был 2-х комнатный) Было бы неплохо на кухне положить приветственные пакетики с кофе/чаем/сахаром,бутылочку воды , как делается в др. отелях |

Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it was an excellent place to stay at an amazing price The Location.............the map doesnt show that its a bit out of the centre of brussels, at least a 45 minute walk to Grand Place |

1. Apartment is well equipped (including kitchen equippment). Suitable for 3-4 persons family travelling together (also for infants). 2. Less than 200m to EU Parliament. 1. The reception room was rather rough, furniture and design below expectations. 2. Staff was relatively slow on preparing invoices etc. Several corrections were needed. |

Very nice room and excellent kitchen. The gym facilites are perfect! Cleaning was very good and internet speed is fast, but not free. Unfortunately the internet access is not free. It should be included. |

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. 2 loos. Plenty of thick white towels. Felt car was very secure in car park. Extremely quiet with no noise from neighbouring apts. Hotel across road had very pleasant bar. Getting into the carpark was a bit fraught as w needed a pass from reception but we only discovered this after we drove into entrance of car park and blocked it. Old fashioned tv |

The room was really big, like a small house. Seperate sleeping area, two toilets and complete kitchen! The location itself is excellent for business trips (it is really in the heart of European Institutions) the bed was rather soft |

Conveniently furnished. Almost no daylight. No slippers, no bathrobe. Spiderwebs on ceiling, wine bottle lid on the floor. Reception staff not friendly. During a problem that occured, no hotel staff was reachable at night. |

clean, spacious, and good facilities... 1. Internet didn't work. 2. PayTV is activated very easy without any warning. I saw a hardly readable message which says type your room number. After I pressed my room number there was no double check that warns me for the money I will pay. Process can be more user friendly. |

The space! The apartment was a lovely size, very large sitting room with lots of windows and a balcony leading of it. The bedrooms were a lovely size and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was lovely with a nice big bath and shower and two sinks, there was also a separate toilet. The location was a bit far from the city centre. But having said that there were plenty of buses passing by and the nearest metro was only a 5-10 minute walk. |
