Good parking facilities and teraces. Spacious and clean rooms. A bit more attention to the breakfast area, tables could be cleared up faster and we had to ask for several missing items. Otherwise friendly staff, maybe an extra person to help out...

The fact that the staff at the front desk did not know what they were doing. Arrived and received a room with tv not working properly. Upon receiving another room, discovered that it was occupied with sleeping people when I opened the door. Then when I settled into another room, my door was opened by another couple who was given my room by the front desk people. Overall, terrible experience and the management did nothing about it.

Hotel east to find and good car parking available. Very varied breakfast. Quick to book in and out Room key would not work on first day and no way to give me a new key so I had to get the receptionist to open the room when I wanted to enter the room

Hotel had adequate and convenient facilities (restaurant, bar, vending, and across the street from a shopping mall. My room had a very nice balcony overlooking the pool area and a pasture. The internet service method is less than adequate for the business user. They offer free internet, but with login cards only good for 60 minutes. Makes it very inconvenient to work having to close down all business applications, disconnect from our business wan vpn services, then Log back in to the Company wan vpn, and then again re-opening each application. The whole process itself waste 10 minuted of the 60 minutes provided and is very frustrated. For this reason alone I may not go back when staying in the area for business. All other hotels I've stayed at in the area have provided a single login good for as long as needed.

Nice and relaxed Very very noisey on saturday night because of party which went on until 4 am. Got no sleep. Did make a call to reception but noise continued for a further 2 hours

Ett mycket trevligt hotel med mycket liv och rörelse. Vi stannade 4 nätter torsdag - måndag, och det var privata fester i konferansutrymmena som livade upp stämningen på hotellet. Mycket bra service i Petrus Bar. Barmenyn var prisvärd och rätterna vi provade var utsökta och såg mycket bra ut. Flaskölen serverades i glas med samma namn som ölen! Imponerande! Rummet var rymligt, men det fanns inte mycket till ventilation. Fönstren kunde öppnas i vädringsläge, vilket gjorde att det blev svalt och med frisk luft i rummet. Det blir förmodligen ganska varmt i rummen under högsommartiden.

Je tiens d'abord à préciser que j'ai séjourné 3 ou 4 fois dans cet hôtel cette année-ci sans jamais avoir à me plaindre de quoi que ce soit, mais ma dernière nuitée m'a franchement déçu. Problèmes de serrures dans les chambres (j'ai dû en changer), tables du petit déjeuner non débarrassée alors qu'il y avait peu de monde dans le restaurant (c'est pas très agréable de déjeuner au milieu de la vaisselle sale) et femme de chambre qui entre à 9h du matin sans même prendre la peine de frapper (heureusement que je ne sortais pas de ma douche...). Ils doivent avoir changé de personnel !

Unser Zimmer war nur über Treppen zu erreichen, natürlich mit Koffern sehr unangenehm, für mich nicht wieder. Zimmer sehr schlecht gereinigt,viele Staub auf den Ablagen usw.

Le restaurant était vraiment très bien ! La chambre "comfort" très spacieuse et agréable, avec une petite terrasse. Nous étions au rez-de- chaussée et notre terrasse donnait directement sur la piscine (dommage qu'il ne faisait pas beau !) Au début, ils nous ont donné une chambre normale... Heureusement, je m'en suis rendu compte, et ils ont réglé le tir... Par contre la chambre "comfort" semblait être une ancienne chambre fumeur, et tous les tissus étaient imprégnés de l'odeur de cigarette.
