Friendly staff, spacious room, good beds and nice breakfast buffet.

Good hotel, the rooms are quite big and clean ! Not really expensive too.

Very very noisey on saturday night because of party which went on until 4 am. Got no sleep. Did make a call to reception but noise continued for a further 2 hours

Hotel east to find and good car parking available. Very varied breakfast. Quick to book in and out

Room key would not work on first day and no way to give me a new key so I had to get the receptionist to open the room when I wanted to enter the room

Well located, friendly service in restaurant, good rooms and comfort, parking is a plus

At check out at 8h30 in the morning, only 1 lady behind the desk causing a very long lane, and inacceptable for a hotel with business people to check out quickly in the morning to have to wait 15 min or more (while other ladies were walking behind the desk) I was with a group, and opinions on food were mixed (bouillabaisse was not so good ! ?) Only 1 coffee machine for morning breakfast = not enough Orange juice = more water than juice !

Hotel had adequate and convenient facilities (restaurant, bar, vending, and across the street from a shopping mall. My room had a very nice balcony overlooking the pool area and a pasture.

The internet service method is less than adequate for the business user. They offer free internet, but with login cards only good for 60 minutes. Makes it very inconvenient to work having to close down all business applications, disconnect from our business wan vpn services, then Log back in to the Company wan vpn, and then again re-opening each application. The whole process itself waste 10 minuted of the 60 minutes provided and is very frustrated. For this reason alone I may not go back when staying in the area for business. All other hotels I've stayed at in the area have provided a single login good for as long as needed.

Unfortunately, the hotel is near the highway so you can hear the noise from it almost all the time.

Location is ok.

Hotel is dated and smells of cabbage in the common areas and also the rooms. On finding out that breakfast did not start until 7am, I requested that breakfast charge was removed from my booking. The man at the desk said he would do this. When checking out after 4 nights I was charged for breakfast. The same employee checked me out - and said the manager refused to remove the charge. I pointed out that it would have been nice to have been told - maybe I would have changed my schedule and taken the breakfast that I was being charged for! This was met with a typical shrug of the shoulders. Very poor service, and I will certainly not stay there again on my many trips to the area.

Suite a un incident pour lr petit dejeuner le personnel a ete tres comprehensif polie et courtoie

On nous a dit que le petit dejeuner etais jusqu a 11h et a notre arriver a 10h30 c etais ferme..

La mise à disosition du Parking. Nous sommes arrivés le samedi soir. Le parking était archi-complent. La cause: une réception organisé dans les salons de l'h^tel. Nous avons don dû stationner à l'extérieur du parking, le long d'une chaussée très fréquentée. Ce qui est interdit et dangereux. Le site de l'hôtel devrait donc mentionner: Parking si vous avez de la chance.....
