Very cold in the room, despite heaters on max
Newly renovated hotel. Good restaurant, huge portions. Three course diner available for € 30.-. Good breakfast. Free wifi.
Were given a room in a basement (standard room at promotional rate). It was cold in the room. Heating switched off at night (November). Flimsy pillows.
Great room Friendly staff good food and drink handy for shops countryside nearby for walks, runs
Excellent wireless Near shopping centre
Far from train station (so you need a car if you want to stay in this hotel) Breakfast may need extra variety
good position for visiting in Nivelles, close to bus service, helpful staff, pleasant room.
Room facilities proximity to services staff An enjoyable stay- again!
Spacious, fully equipped room with big and clean bathroom.
It has pool table nice bar and room was very clean and quiet. Restaurant staff was very kind. Definately recommand...
All was perfect
Towels can be a little better
Very good !
Service inside hotel good from booking in to booking out, a good visitors information rack, rooms very clean and up to date, bar service good, restaurant service good, ample secure parking in hotel grounds, 200 metre walk to local main shops and a brisk walk to centre of town and more local shops and bars etc.
Restaurant, bar and recreational facilities, lovely pool, lots of space and very friendly staff. Bedrooms were nice and facilities good, but .......
....the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows far too large and bulky; I slept badly for three nights and was glad to leave for that reason alone.
Large family rooms WiFi and great swimming pool
Restaurant a little overpriced
The free and easy connection to the Wi-Fi was great as it allowed me to work directly from my hotel room.
The 'welcome' staff at the reception desk were far from welcoming. The young lady gave me the impression that I was not welcome - at all! As a frequent business traveller (and paying guest), I am well aware of the check-in drill, but a little smile and some basic information relating to my stay (reception desk number, breakfast hours, check-out times...) would have gone a long way.
Supermarket on the other side of the street. You can get excellent breakfast there. Late check in Close to highway Free minibar (contains one coke, one diet coke, one aquarius, 1 water, 1 sparkling water) Nice shower Biljart table
Quality of bed Weird cleaning (?) smell in room High price Outdated hotel exterior Unlogical routing to hotel room Not very friendly personnel Pool was closed
Rooms were very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable
There was a mouse which we saw on several occasions in the bar area and the drinks were very expensive
The standard and size of the rooms.
The staff; their knowledge and service was not professional.
The hotel is ideal for my business needs in Central belgium. I like the restaurant and patio area and the pool is great when the weather is fine. The hotel for me on the E19 is alos idea for my business travel. Car parking is good too. I had a refurbed room which was good, with Mini bar and tea and coffeee facilities.
Service in the restaurant for dinner was slow. Breakfast was limited.
The revamped comfort rooms have air con which was vital with temps in the 30's. Access to pool patio from ground floor rooms. Most staff are helpful, English is spoken.
Breakfast is not good value. Often some items are gone and not replaced by 8am. Some of the older areas in the hotel are tired and in need of refurbishment.
We like the location. Reception was O.K. Room O.K. Dinner O.K.
Breakfast: table not clean, bread on the chair, man in charge doing a lot on his PC (may have been part of his job?), some things were empty when I asked what was in it he replied "pain perdu", no fresh fruit salad. Our second time and also the first time the beakfast was rather on the poor side. Van der Valk in Brasschaat has super breakfast, how comes?
Clean, comfortable rooms in easy to find location right off the highway.
Restaurant service was pitiful and the chicken kabob was any kabob I've ever seen. Very pricey for tye quality and service. Front desk staff only slightly more attentive.
Ample free parking, excellent bathroom. Nice hotel
Complicated order of tv stations. Batiment 2 difficult to reach with luggage
Staff at reception and in restaurant (breakfast) was not friendly and not motivated. Breakfast was a disaster : at 10 o'clock on a Sunday..the buffet was almost empty - had to ask myself to bring some food. They did bring some stuff but was not with enthousiasm..on the contrary. Asking my room number to charge was more important then taking care of the buffet
Great hotel with very friendly staff in all areas
The only downside was that we thought that the choice for breakfast could have been better considering the cost @ 13.60 euros per person.
