Lobby was always busy and noisy. Not good

Good location - just a minute off the freeway. Surprisingly quite for that location. Wi-fi and breakfast - just OK, nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

Did not find staff very attentive and the entire hotel requires re-freshing.

the superior room was comfortable, and clean.

Dining in the restaurant was a bad experience, Three plates of Filet, the meet was awful.

Wine list is impressive for a 'on-the-road' hotel

They gave us an "upgrade" after complaining about how old, dirty, stinky the room we got was.

The hotel is quite old, only the renovated "Comfort Rooms" are ok.

I booked breakfast in advance and did not have time to have one. It was difficult for the hotel to remove it from my bill

Breakfast and welcoming staff

Not a good service at the bar, sometimes you have to wait long to get your coffee or drink. Bar can be very noisy.

Staff were pleasant and helpful especially Katherine.Food was very good.

Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. Fast internet. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable.

1. Nice location at the suburb of the near small city. 2. Quite large parking place. 3. Near shopping center, pizza restaurant, fast food. 4. Very good access from highway and to the highway.

1. Cleaning of the restaurant in the morning during a breakfast. I see as inappropriate if you´re taking breakfast and somebody hums with vacuum cleaner close your table. 2. Quite poor breakfast. It is not worth for the money. 3. The room furniture, carpets, etc. look outdated. It would be nice to change them. 4. Horrible lifts. Outdated, dirty, slow, some of them out of order.

Excellent stay-friendly, helpful staff and great room and location -handy for shopping, restaurants in Nivelles and countryside on your doorstep.

Friendly and helpful staff, big rooms

The "comfort-room" is not worth the money. It's only slightly bigger and has a balcony. The free-minibar just consists of two (small) bottles of coke, water, tomato-juice and one chocolate-bar. Would have expected at least one belgium beer or something similar, so it was a bit disappointing.

The family room is perfect with the two seperate rooms!

The hotel is is an excellnet location in a quiet area on one hand but also in front of a shopping center and also not too far from Bruxelles and other places such as Wallibi Park. It is suitable for families with 3 kids as the family rooms allows up to 5 people with extra charge (4 is the standard number). Breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful.

The restaurant food was amazing

Would have liked an indoor spa/pool/gym & would have liked bigger pillows. The pillows were like UK sized cushions! The decor in the bathroom was a little tired & a number of items of glass & crockery that I had were chipped (No need!).

Good parking facilities and teraces. Spacious and clean rooms.

A bit more attention to the breakfast area, tables could be cleared up faster and we had to ask for several missing items. Otherwise friendly staff, maybe an extra person to help out...

It's conveniently positioned on route for us between UK and southern Germany, reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly.

The fact that the staff at the front desk did not know what they were doing. Arrived and received a room with tv not working properly. Upon receiving another room, discovered that it was occupied with sleeping people when I opened the door. Then when I settled into another room, my door was opened by another couple who was given my room by the front desk people. Overall, terrible experience and the management did nothing about it.

nous aviez un mariage dans une des salles et tout était parfait

La réception 24/24 H. J'avais réservé 3 chambres (mon fils se mariait et la réception se déroulait à quelques km) et nous avons pu arriver séparément et à des heures incongrues (entre 2h30 et 4h du matin) sans aucun problème.
