staff very friendly and helpful,clean and great location.and the internet is very good.and the price is low.

the free breakfast is not good,and the staff washing the silverware in the sink instead of put them inside the container to wash made me felt very uncomfortable,because the sink is so big the staff might use it to clean the floor,and the dish wash cloth is dirty.

The location is quite central and very close to a major metro station.

The room was in a very poor shape. The bed was very tight. Only one electricity outlet for the whole room. Breakfast was very poor. For the 125 euros I paid I was expecting more.

Fourth floor without elevator kill me never again

The location is very convenient and near to main offices and shopping malls. The staff were friendly and ok. The room was clean and big enough with a nice view over the main road. The price is reasonable and affordable. I am happy about the hotel with no major complaints.

Well, the stairs were a bit narrow and steep. The tap was not in top condition. A reading lamp would be well appreciated

The staff was really very helpful with directions. They pre-warmed the room and gave me an extra blanket when I mentioned that I felt cold.

For this price what is there to dislike?, we got what we paid for, a budget Hotel in a great location, all atractions within walking distance.

In the room was warm, had wifi.

The WC outside the room, shared WC. The TV wasn´t working.

Nothing... even though the location was decent, it does not warrant anyone ever staying in this place. Please God, heed my warnings and do not book this place... it does not deserve the name hotel.

Everything was horrific. That they appeared to still be building the place when we arrived didn't help - as we entered our room they were putting the shower curtain up. The toilet was stained, the walls had circumspect marks all over them, the room was tiny, breakfast... haha, total joke. A loaf of bread and a carton of orange, all served in the dirtiest kitchen you have ever seen. Please, do not stay in this place... it is horrific. The main pictures totally lie - this looks nothing like the photos on booking.com - a total hell-hole.

Nothing! the quad room was so small, there was no space to keep luggage. the moment we entered the hotel, there was a stinking smell. the staff was friendly but could not help much. the break fast was meagre with only bread and tea/coffee, no juice, no cereals, no fruit. the staircase was dully lit and once there was no light at all. the exterior photos attached in booking.com are not of the hotel but of neighboring Sheraton which misleads the consumer! I would not recommend the hotel to any one
