Very good. Staff couldn't do enough for you and what was lovely we were given an upgrade whioch was especially nice as it was my birthday weekend. We would definitely go back there again. |

It is a charming hotel run by its owners who do their best to offer to their clients an excellent and absolutely charming and caring service. The Gastronomy of the Restaurant is wonderful, and the lady of the house behaves like a real fairy princess to all her clients, especially the young ones, making their wishes come true. Terence really enjoyed preparing with her his favourite icecream cornets for his special dessert. It is also a hotel that is open to clients that use booking.com to make their hotel reservations. |

Very friendly and helpful manageress who ensured we felt most welcome. Hotel very central - 2 mins to great beach. De Panne is a delightful resort and Belgian coast is brilliant. Lively town without yobs! Safe cycling (very flat) and inexpensive tram that runs all the way up the coast as far as Holland. Less than half an hour's drive from Calais Eurotunnel. Try it! No onsite parking but local parking available. No tea-making or hair-dryer in room, but not unusual on continent. |

The very friendly welcome which extended throughout our stay; very comfortable, well furnished and equipped room; wide ranging breakfast buffet. Not so much "didn't like", just annoying that the free parking is remote from te hotel by a five to ten minute walk. |

zeer attente eerlijk gastvrouw die echt bekommerd is over haar klanten . Zo werd omdat iemand voor ons op de kamer gerookt had alles in het werk gesteld om dit te verhelpen en te contoleren (geurhinder ) alsook een flesje champagne aangeboden . en omdat ik deelnam aan een standrace mochten we op haar initiatief enkele uren langer over de kamer beschikken zodat we nog daar konden douchen wat voor ons super aangenaam was . klasse .ook voor de rest was alles in orde , zeer proper , uitgebreidt ontbijtbuffet , enz ... wij gaan zeker nog terug . |

Geweldige ontvangst en tijdens ons verblijf tot in de puntjes in de watten gelegd. Een echte aanrader om op adem te komen of om de romantische toer op te gaan. Niets wordt aan het toeval overgelaten en niets is teveel moeite , een prinselijke behandeling gegarandeerd in een klassevolle accommodatie. |
