Staff on arrival was very friendly.

Only available double room was a smoking room.

I stayed for 4 days and the remote control did not work so I complained on the first day only to finally get it fixed on the 3rd. In addition, on the first night after washing my hair I realized that the hair dryer had broken down. As a result I slept with damp hair and woke up with a head cold. The hairdryer could not be fixed and there weren't any spare ones, so I asn't able to wash my my hair again for the remainder of my stay!!! Finally the breakfast buffet is inedible. Where else do you getcoffee out of coin machines? The pastries are worse than the ones you get in supermarkets! The toilets were clean but smelt indicating poor plumbing conditions.

According to the special rate I have paid I can not complain...however at the "normal" rate I would add a long list here...don't know where the 3 stars are coming from!

Friendly helpful staff, nicely situated for the beach and shops,great breakfast,clean and comfortable room with a massive window which opens right up ( great on a hot sunny day or muggy night ) Great value for money.

This is the third time we have stayed in three years, The breakfast is first class, rooms are nice size and safe is very handy. Parking looks at first to be expensive but compared with car parks it's not bad.

Central location, very close to the beach, abundant breakfast (although only between 8 and 10 am!), swimming pool and jacuzzi (nice but small and crowded)

Rooms absolutely did not correspond to the standard for a 3-star hotel (I can't understand how it got that rating!); We had explicitly requested a non-smoking room with a double bed, but when we arrived they could only offer us a smoking room with twin beds, with the excuse that our requests were not guaranteed and that rooms were allocated in advance to people who had booked earlier (then how come no one allocated a room to us when we booked?!?!); the room was not cleaned well and very dusty, the furniture was very old and consumed, the tv was too small to be watched from the bed and all the channels (7 in total!!!) were in Dutch only; we couldn't even search for other tv channels because the remote control was of a make different from the make of the the tv and had only a few basic functions working; there was a terrible smell coming from the corridor and a light in the entry hall that could not be switched off, providing us, literally, with a very bright atmosphere throughout the night; the bathroom did not have the usual amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc, but only two soap dispensers; and the worst of all: the water mixer of the shower did not function properly, so the water was either too cold or too hot, but never temperate! Taking a shower was a real challenge! Conlusion: if you respect yourself and your money, don't go there!!!

The names of the downstairs suites were musical and there was parking available. the location was fantastic and staff very helpful.

The staff, the facilities, the location, the rooms, the beautycenter were great! If you've got a minute, try Sabrina's massages, she's really good!

Hotel near to amenities, rooms good.

You have to book a day in advance if you require dinner in the hotel. This proved a nuisance as nowhere did it tell you this. We weren't allowed in the restaurant for dinner as we hadn't booked.
