Breakfast was good yet monotonous. Every day the same. Room was quiet - and warm! Location was perfect for a city stay. Room was a little small for two persons. for one, it would have been ok. |

20mins easy walk from eurostar terminal 5 mins from Grand place and St Catherine, would stay again Room quite small but comfortable, bath taps detached from wall . |

Within walking distance of the Main Market area of Brussels. There is no parking provided by the Hotel. There is pay parking on the street or a parking garage about a block down the road (But, not for larger American cars! Only about 5 foot clearance. Our explorer scrapped the roof.). |

friendly staff, good location no outside window, problems fixing my TV - not fixed for 2 days of my stay, although they did offer free breakfast as an apology |

calm place, good location area staff could be more active, for instance, dont ask me to go down stairs on reception from the morning to get the things for ironing... I got used that staff would deliver me everything i need for ironing in my room, like it works in another 4stars hotels. |

It's central location to Grand Place market was excellent as well as its closeness to the metro. Bathroom not big enough. Toilet could not be sat on comfortably as knees hit wall in front. |

very nice room - as seen in the picture, clean, everything was new and modern. My room did not have a view to the Avenue so it was a not noisy, however, it had a door to an exit from which some noise arrived even at night. Did not like that I arrived at 13:00 and they told I'd have to wait until after 14:00 to check-in. |

For sure there is no relation beetwen the four stars classification and the noise, bad odours and unfriendly staff of this hotel. The small and uncomfortable rooms complete the image. |

The location close to the main attractions of Brussels was excellent, great for first time visitors to the city. The price seemed too high for this kind of hotel. |

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent, the location of the hotel was pretty good for sightseeing and the breakfast was ok The tea/coffee making facilities may as well be non existant as only one sachet of coffee per DAYwas provided. There were a lot of homeless people in the vicinity of the hotel drinking and asking for money which could be rather intimidating when returning to the hotel after dark |

Good location, approx 5 minutes walk from the Grang Place, clean rooms and friendly staff. The area surrounding the hotel is not the best bart of Brussels, but did not feel unsafe. The room was basic for a 4*, but otherwise fine. |

I have no questions about the rooms or service - everything was brilliantly clean and comfortable. But, unfortunately, there was a problem with our transactions - a sum for 2 days was charged twice. Although a receptionist show us every move with a cancelation and we had all the cheques... The both 2 days were transacted twice(( Still we think it's a problem with our bank - cause in the Hotel they said it happened for the first time. We'll see...(. |

In the main couldn't really fault the hotel. The room was always clean and most staff helpful. One member of staff was a bit miserable and location could have been slightly closer to Grand Place as Brussels is a bit unsafe. |
