The location is good, value for money as it is clean and comfortable.

The hotel met all the requirements, like a room with an ensuite, free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities. The room was also quite big compared to other European rooms, and was in a good location

This hotel obviously has a problem with it's heating/air conditioning. My room faced a central courtyard and was extremely hot. The air con was not working. When I opened my window into the courtyard, I could see that almost all of the other windows were open too. The lobby and the buffet breakfast room on the other hand, were freezing. Also, theis was not the cleanest place I've stayed, and the design of the bathroom made it difficult to have a simple shower without tripping over something. The staff at the front desk, while pleasant, could have been more helpful. They could not even answer simple questions like where to get a metro pass

Room a expensive for its size, but I guess still reasonable for Easter weekend.

Good location. It is very close to Grand Place & Manneken Pis. It is also convenient to reach both Central and South railway stations by walk. Excellent breakfast. Large comfortable room ( 106) with modern bath. Rooms has a window inside the building what makes sleeping very quiet. Stuff is really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast starts at 7am but often not fully ready at this time. It's needed to wait about 20 minutes to get everything.

We booked this hotel for 1 night only. Our 5 years old son could stay in the room for free, what we really appreciated. The hotel fulfilled our wishes, we got a room facing to the street with an extra bed. The breakfast was really good. The location is also excellent. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you catch a good deal.

The room maintanance was not the best. The floor was worn. The bed mattress was not the best either, it was very light, slipped from its place. Either the walls were very thin or our neighboor slammed the door so hard that the entire room was shaking each time. The toilet flush has not got enough pressure.

The room was very small some of the room facilities were out of order there was no way to control the heat in the room

Room is clean and very well equipped with daily necessities. Security of the hotel is good.

Room is not good ventilated. Window is facing inside the hotel and the room is always very warm. Sometimes it can be quite annoying to hear ppl from downstairs walking and talking. This can be avoided if the window is closed but then the ventilation of the room would be a problem.

Bed and bed linnen was lovely. Really good night sleep

The room seemed to be located near a gym (or basketball court), which was loud during the day.
