Eurostars Grand Place  

we all agreed it was a good location and the staff was friendly. we were there for the beer festival and are planning on coming back next year again.

the only complaint is that besides our room, the hotel was kinda hot, especially in the tiny elevators.

An excellent location, walking distance from Central Station, lots of restaurants and places of interest nearby. Hotel staff welcoming. Clean room and bathroom. Would recommend it for a short break.

Our room was on the 1st floor. Everything was nice except for the heating system. It was too warm, and maybe I should say, hot! The heating system was hidden in the floor, which should be very nice, but the problem was the temperature was too high, and unadjustable, like the summer in Spain! We had to ask for a fan to help to get to sleep!! Apart from that, this hotel is worth to stay. 10Min walk to the Manneken Pis, and 20-25 min walk to the Central Station.

Room is clean and very well equipped with daily necessities. Security of the hotel is good.

Room is not good ventilated. Window is facing inside the hotel and the room is always very warm. Sometimes it can be quite annoying to hear ppl from downstairs walking and talking. This can be avoided if the window is closed but then the ventilation of the room would be a problem.

Very nice and friendly hotel staff, simply excellent.

Poor attention for details as a 4 star hotel: littel dirty, little old. Extremely hot over night, windows opening only to closed interior courtside, without fresh air: almost impossible to sleep.

I liked the special price offered.

It is supposed to be a 4* hotel. When I got into my room there was torn wallpaper. The TV kept switching itself off constantly and the airconditioning was not effective at all. Worst of all was the bed. It was so hard that I had a very uncomfortable and restless night. If you like a soft bed do not use this hotel.

The location was very central and within easy walking distance to all the main sights.The breakfast was very good value for the money

The bath room door would not shut properly.

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los lugares de interes. No cojimos el desayuno porque habian muchos sitios en la zona para desayunar. El personal muy bueno, hablan español y son muy agradables. Gracias por hacerme pasar un fin de año muy agradable.

vlot en prettig onthaal en check-in, uitstekende ligging

Proche de la Grand-Place (centre-ville). Chambre moderne et confortable.

La chambre était située au 1er étage, côté rue. Très bruyant à cause de la circulation routière; impossible de dormir sans tampons auriculaires. Mal isolé, en plus, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien, voire pas du tout.
