Eurostars Grand Place

nice facilities, reasonable price

I wanted a transfer to another Eurostar Hotel that is nearer to my office (but was fully booked). The staff had been helpful and finally managed to get a room for me and assisted in the paper work for the transfer.

I had a good stay. The staff were superb and my room was kept nice and clean.

The room I stayed in was beautiful, well dressed and nicely maintained but was somewhat small and I felt a bit boxed in.

Great location: the hotel is well connnected and close to the major attractions

The best of the Hotel is clearly the central location, very near Grand Place and the museums.

The first day we were given a room in the first floor, on the side of the main street. It was very noisy, during most of the night. But after requesting a change, we had a room facing the other side of the building, and it was much better.

The Hotel was well positioned in the older part of Brussels. Although on the main street the window/doors had double glazing which gave a quiet ambience to the suite. The rooms were serviced daily to a high standard. Internet was available in the main foyer. The senior Receptioniste was particularly polite and helpful. Breakfast provided a wide and adequate selection.

I liked the location of the hotel. Bang on the main road...10 min walk from the Grand Place

The wireless internet wasnt working after some time. I was there for business and so was stranded. When I called up the reception they didnt take any responsibility...they said the technician will come tomorrow and theres nothing they can do...this was shocking...it basically meant i was in the hotel for 2 days without the internet. I hope this is taken care of.

Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Very convinient location to the Grand Place and 10 minutes walk to Midi Eurostar train station.

We only stayed in the hotel for one night as we were in transit to the Eurostar. The room was too noisy as it was facing the main street. My wife could hardly sleep. We were with a baby but is seems it was the only room where they could fit a babycot. The lack of windows on the breakfast room is somehow "claustrophobic".
