Eurostars Grand Place  

we all agreed it was a good location and the staff was friendly. we were there for the beer festival and are planning on coming back next year again.

the only complaint is that besides our room, the hotel was kinda hot, especially in the tiny elevators.

Good location - nice central area, close to metro and restaurants; efficient and friendly front desk staff

Bathroom fittings (shower, sink pipes) were loose - had to fix a flood in my bathroom myself but re-joining sink pipes. Shower fittings and taps hanging from the wall. Absolutely not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Elevator (B) could only fit one person and a suitcase, or two people without at a squeeze. Minibar not restocked after first use. Windows (at front of hotel) quite draughty. Could feel cold draught during night without curtains closed tightly.

All the staff at the Eurostars were extremely helpful and cheerful. The rooms were well equipped and quiet. The location was very convenient for Gare du Midi and a short walk to all the attractions in the centre of Brussels.

Excellent location and excellent price. Free wi-fi.

The shower water was not always very hot.

The first night we stayed in a double room on the 6th floor. The room was small but fine, except for the heat. It was so hot, so uncomfortable and no way of cooling the room down. It was almost impossible to sleep it was so hot. The second night we moved to a external room where we didn't have any temperature problems at all.

When we arrived there was not a nice receptionist (male), but at checking out there was a friendly receptionist lady.

it was too hot in the room during our stay, the temperature was 38 Celsius..so we could barely breath. The window opened inside the hotel, we were on the 5th floor, so we had no fresh air. The airconditioning didn't work.

The location and the facility worth the price.

The room is a bit small and too hot. There is little ventilation for the air flow. The heater is working too well (eventhough we turned off the heater), and it is still too hot in the room.

Eurostars Grand Place is a very good hotel at a convenient location, and - for my stay - the price was very competitive. Free WiFi worked like a charm.

The only negative I can think of Eurostar is that the heating was too high. I stayed in the winter, and even having switched off the thermostat, I still had to keep the window open to have the room temperature at an agreeable level.

Central location, only a short walk away from the central square and all other attractions. Clean room, but small.

The room window opened onto inner courtyard that has a roof, so having fresh air in the room was a challenge.

Clean modern rooms, comforable bed. Good breakfast
