Location near Grand Place but see below re noise The Hotel was in a very noisy street with the Casino opposite and we got very little sleep particularly on the Saturday night |

Just the location! Not up to five stars hotels, the room had a continuous buzzing noise every time I switched lights on - when asked for an electricity adapter I was told I had to buy it! - could not turn the tv on with the remote because the tv location is poorly installed! - breakfast was not good at all |

Room was very small buy cosy. All period decorations are well maintained. Excellent location. This was not my first stay at the hotel. All rooms are seem to be quite different in the way they decorated which is always a surprise (sometime good sometime bad). I’ve made reservation few weeks in advance asking for room at higher floor and late checkout and yet was specifically placed by a snotty porter at the room on the 1st floor and no late check out offered despite been returning customer. All was said is that “we are fully booked”. It’s really hard to believe and a large hotel in Brussels is fully booked at weekend as most business people which are predominantly majority of city visitors compare to tourists are travelling from Brussels at weekend. Most prime hotels have special offers at weekend for very same reasons are they are half empty and not “fully booked”. Room was also extremely noicy with no chance to keep window open even for a few minutes. |

Location is great. Parking is right under the hotel. (tight, but workable parking garage). They claimed to "upgrade" us to one of their designer rooms, which was incredibly uncomfortable, did not have seating, and had broken internet. They seem to know that guests do not like this room, because I stopped by the desk later, gave only my room number, and was cut off by the desk clerk with "there is no other room to move you to, we are fully booked", even though I had not (yet!) asked to be moved to a new room. |

Very welcoming reception, who had prepared the extra bed for our child. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. Also well located for visiting the Grand' Place. |

The bed was large and comfortable and the location was good. The staff were efficient. The hotel was tired and dated, the prices in the bar were unbelievably high and we even had to pay extra to get tea making facilities in the room.We have stayed in many 5star hotels and this one comes nowhere near that standard. |

In the heart of thr city the hotel provided ab excellent acces to the Grand Place and the places of interest. Some noise from adjacent rooms was to be heard , which was annoying. |

All reception staff I got a good discount rate (139 euro) but room is looking a bit tired and not worth the normal rate of 240 euro |

reception had excellent service although I have been several times to brussels, i still got lost since the whole street infront of gare centrale was being renovated. They should have put up signs like other hotels did. I did not try the bfast since I though that any bfast for the price of 30euros would be too much. |

the staff were attentive and responsive surprised to find there were no tea and coffee facilities already available in the room and that we had to pay extra for this service. It is common to have this available as part of the tarrif. The safe was missing from inside the wardrobe. |

The location was superb for the Grand Place and also for visiting the Exhibition that we were attending. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were also very good in size and facilities. I did miss the tea and coffee making facilities but you could order room service although this proved to be quite expensive. |

Hotel was excellently placed for the old historic part of Brussells and close to lots of shops and restaurants in and around the grand Place. During my stay they did not open the hotel's lounge bar, which was very disappointing. |

Location. Proximity to railroad station points of interest. The fact that you accept dogs is huge. Could have provided complimentary water in the room. |

Close to the main square and the central station. I stayed in August so as it was holiday time for most Europeans, I was able to get a fantastic rate. |

The location was great! It was right there by Central Station so taking the public trans was a breeze to get around town. It was also quiet and we didn't hear any street noise. LAN internet access was free in the room which was very convenient. It was very clean and since it was my birthday we got a fee room upgrade. Breakfast was not includued and cost €29 per person. A little too expensive but there are many places near by that serve a good breakfast. The parking was stupidly expensive. It was €25 per day and no where near full. Park at the Albertine near by if possible and save your self €10 per day. Construction made it difficult to park at the Albertine this trip. |

Very central location. Clean and comfortable room despite the fact that it was a bit small for 5 star hotel (it was standard but not executive room). I’ve got a very good non-refundable deal from the hotel which was 7 times lower than striking 500 EUR official rate listed on the room’s wall. Check in before 10am instead of official 2pm was not a problem at all. Staff were friendly and un-intrusive. For the money I've paid it was excellet value. Room was bit warm and noisy old air-condition obviously didn’t coupe with it’s job properly. As my window was facing the street, opening it would bring a lot of noise into the room. It wasn’t’ major problem to me but if you want quiet room, you better ask for it before hand. There were no free tea/coffe facilities in the room. |

Emblematic with its glass dome roof and Art Deco façade, the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Hotel offers first-class accommodation and service in the heart of Brussels. |
Combining modern facilities with supreme elegance, the Hotel Métropole will capture your imagination. |
Quite simply the best location in Brussels. Le Meridien Brussels is ideally located very close to the Grand-Place in the historic heart of Brussels. |
This elegant 4-star hotel is ideally located in the centre of Brussels, just 50 metres away from the historic centre and the Grand Place. |
