A lovely hotel centrally situated. A few minutes from the the Grand Place and the Central Station. Excellent service and a super breakfast. Good value for money. Would stay again. We had a no-smoking room but it still smelt of smoke! |

The location can't be better The superior rooms are ok for a 4 star hotel and not for a 5 as it is the case. Toilets need to be revamped as well. |

Location is pretty good, 5 minutes walking from Central railway station and 5 minutes to walk to Grand Place. Very poor services in the hotel despite my permanent complaints. Reception stuff was very unprofessional. My credit card upon arrival was debited twice and nobody could explained me the reason. While cheking out the hotel once more debited my card for the full cost of my stay. |

Breakfast, consierge, reception and of course the location. The curtains were narrow and allowed light to entry in the morning. Was impossible to keep the sun out. Sound insulation, especially regarding the hydrolics was poor |

This is second time in the hotel but all things has change to bad.Good location only and thats it...Thanks the lady in reception for earlier check-in as my hasbant is serious ill and she gave us immediatly room. When i made the reservation from booking.com nobody from the hotel inform me that this reservation it has districts...They gave us a room which the stores of window is destroyed and they didnt close,so the lights of casino didnt leave us to sleep all the nights.The furnitures in this room is very old and destroyed. |

The central location was great; Staff was friendly and the hotel appeared to be managed very well. Understanding it is Europe it is still very expensive and the services should have been more five star. Room was not cleaned well. Dirty glasses and towels were left. Breakfast pricing should be illegal. I didn't pay this much for breakfast at the Plaza in New York City. |

Very central location near to central station and easy access to city sights. Plenty of bars restaurants close by. Given free upgrade on arrival. Room overlooked no curtains only shutters would have liked voile curtain for privacy. |

I liked the friendliness of the staff as well as the comfort of the room. The location was brilliant as it was very close to the central train station and to the Grand Place. |

Location, checking in and out and breakfasti were good. Air-condition was poor at least at second floor. A lamp in bedroom was broken. Changing it took two days after informing. A shower and the taps were old-fasioned. Ventilation in bathroom was based on door which was cut too short. |
