En pitänyt siitä, että varaus ei ollut voimassa kun tulimme hotelliin eikä meille ensin löytynyt huonetta ollenkaan. Meitä pidettiin istumassa asiaa odottelemassa ja kunnes menin uudestaan kysymään se sitten järjestyikin, erikoinen design-huone, joka oli oikein mukava kyllä. Mutta siis buukkaus oli epäluotettava.

Liian kallis aamiainen(en käyttänyt).

Erinomainen sijainti, ripaus luksusta paraatipaikalla.

Hieman oudoksuin kun huoneessa, joka on tarkoitettu kahdelle, oli vain yksi viinilasi, eikä sitäkään pesty siivouksen yhteydessä. Viimeisenä päivänä sekin oli viety pois.

Location. Nice look and feel to lobby for a continental hotel. Good concierge service.

Very central location. Clean. Very helpful staff (we arrived in the morning and the staff arrange an early check-in even if we were not supposed to get the room until 3pm).

We enjoyed our being in this hotel! The location is the most comfortable for travelers! All places of sightsings are very near!

I will choose it again for its location, very close to Grand Place and Central Station. Clean and with beatifull flowers decoration at the reception. Rooms overlooking the Duquesnoy street could be noisy because there is a disco in front of the hotel

Do not ask about restaurants or transports to young attendant at the reception, he gave us wrong instructions for the tram!!!

I am very sorry-skilled staff. The room was booked for three nights but after two nights we were notified that it is necessary to vacate the room. After clarification of the situation we were asked to move to in another room. Amount of credit cards was blocked in three stages in the amount of twice the required. Reasonable explanation I have not got. Means is still not unlocked. I am very disappointed and all my friends will not being recommend a stay at this hotel. Moreover, be sure I will share my experience on Facebook.

(a) The front desk service was very good - check-in and check out services were efficient. (b) The room was big enough with a comfortable bed. (c) The hotel is well located near the Central train station, the Grand-Place and at a walking distance from major shopping centers and restaurants

The service at the restaurant was too slow and the food not great

Very close to the metro station. There are no other aspects what can you like about this hotel.

It is extremely old hotel. Rooms, doors, bathrooms with leaking in the shower. Don't even try their Spa facilities. It was the worst sauna, broken and small where you could burn yourself. Breakfasts were bad too. Never ever again this hotel. They really need renovation of the hotel!

The location was great just a few years to the tube for me to get to my meeting in Brussels ideal and just down the road to the fantastic grand plaza

The price of the rooms and the room service I have stopped in some of the best hotels around the world on Buisness but I think value for money you need to be competitive

The hotel is sited right in the centre oftown which makes for easy sightseeing of Brussels on foot as well as being able to stroll back to the hotel after dinner. The piano bar is very pleasant to relax in after a day in the city.

We got a very good deal on the room rate through this site but I do not believe the room was worth the $500 Euro standard rate due to its size and appointments.

Your receptionists are helpful and welcoming - in my view the most important factor in establishing a good rapport. Room service is immediate and breakfast arrived at the time I specified.

Your concierge is overworked and wasn't coping with a departing tour and my need for a taxi to Midi. &Quot;I'm on my own" is totally underwhelming. There is a loose wall mirror in 536 and someone need to check the whereabouts of the rubber bits on the bathroom seat.

- Very spacious clean room. - few steps away from the train station and the underground. - various TV channels in many languages. - freindly staff.

- As a 5 star hotel they should provied a complementary bottel of water and there should be a a tea / coffee catel!! - In some nights you can hear some noise from outside and it last till dawn. - The free internet is a but slow. - It coast 20 euro for the 24 hours connection for the net, which is an expensive rate.
