Staff was very, very attentive, and their English skills excellent. Breakfast buffet was substantive and nutritious. Location very convenient for walking around town. |

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We were offered a complimentary welcome drink upon our arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent. Right around the corner from the Grote Markt. The breakfast was a nice spread and included. I couldn't sleep. The heater made a noise thoroughout the whole night, even after we turned the heater off. The bathroom is set up uniquely. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower/tub and sink. I would recommend this hotel based on location. |

The personal welcome and goodbye from the staff; being dealt with quickly; having a quiet room in the centre of a busy city. The bathroom was a little cold but ok once the heater was on. |

been staying here for 16 years since it was built, service just keeps getting better, improvements and enhancements keep coming up.Love the new carpets The people complaiing on the website when they would have had no problem had they spoken to reception. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good spread of options. The Hotel is also in a great location, with plenty of good restaurants close by. |
