Hotel Rubens-Grote Markt

Kedves figyelmesség volt, hogy a recepción a bejelentkezéskor megkínáltak Whitr Porto-val. Szép, elegáns szobánk volt, a szobában csokival fogadtak, ez is kedves volt.

Kicsit hideg volt a parketta.

Perhaps a little pricey but Antwerp didnt have many comparable hotels in such a central location

Location! Nice, large room, good bed, separate toilet, nice breakfast, friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

No drinks/snacks in lounge area (but who needs it with all those pubs so close by?)

Difficulties with English in reception during my check-in and kind of arrogance at concierge when asking for help with parking of my car. Huge disappointment.

wonderful location, very good braekfast, pleasent and helpful staff, lovely room, lots of restaurants and points of interest nearby, Antwerp is a place for a perfect weekend.

I liked the location, it is close to the night life.

The location was good although the road itself (Oude Beurs) is a bit of a back street without character with drunks keeping us awake at night. The breakfast was very good indeed.

Your reception desk area is uninviting and reception staff do not give a welcoming impression .... any questions asked are received with a raised eyebrow as if us as guests should know the answer or find out ourselves. Perhaps this is a European way of doing things, but as we live in Asia, we are used to customer orientated hospitality and friendly service.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city and very near to all the locations, Buffet breakfast is fantanstic has n number of varieties.

Every believe the first impression is best impression, two situations disappointed us 1. We have asked to provide Taxi pickup from Airport when we have given Flight details they have sent the Taxi at Landing time, they should have common sense that all international flights would take atleast an hour to come out of airport. The tax left the airport after waiting there one hour. 2. We have entered into the hotel very next minute they said your room is not ready till 2PM then upon request also they are not able to provide us. Other this every thing was fine

Very pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. The city centre was only two minutes walk away.

friendly courteous staff. air conditioned room, excellent shower/bathroom facilities. excellent selection of breakfast food available, the close proximity to the centre was a real plus. one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Staff was very, very attentive, and their English skills excellent. Breakfast buffet was substantive and nutritious. Location very convenient for walking around town.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We were offered a complimentary welcome drink upon our arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent. Right around the corner from the Grote Markt. The breakfast was a nice spread and included.

I couldn't sleep. The heater made a noise thoroughout the whole night, even after we turned the heater off. The bathroom is set up uniquely. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower/tub and sink. I would recommend this hotel based on location.
