Great place, just around the corner of the Grote Markt. We had a room at the back with view over the garden, and two large windows. The room was very quiet, but the moment you walk out of the hotel, you're in the middle of the city. Breakfast was very good too! |

Absolutely outstanding location...1-2 blocks from the Grote Markt and 1 block from the OLV cathedral. The hotel is also just a few blocks from the river, and the tram that goes to Antwerp Centraal train station was only a few blocks away. |

Very poor standard of decoration in room and public areas, even where recently renewed. Water leak damage to ceiling of toilet had not been repaired or even cleaned properly. Room not particularly clean. No aircon or coffee making facilities. This hotel is does not deserve the 4 star rating it claims and badly needs full refurbishment. It was very expensive for the standard offered. |

Location was very central It's nice that the hotel has parking, but it's a bit of a hassle. It's 1st come, first serve, a few blocks away. You have to get a parking card and directions, at check in. If checking out, you must move your car to another facility before 12 the next day. |

The location was perfect. The hotel was delightful with very friendly & welcoming staff. Our room was a good size and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. We would stay there again. |
