It is really nice place 15 mins walk to city center. Twin room is clean and has quite enough place for 2, looks a bit shabby, but who cares when you use the hotel only for sleeping. I think it's the best value for money: bed with breakfast, wifi and room service cost only 25 euro per night

Unfriendly staff. Very poor breakfast. Dirty bed sheet and we have to clean again by ourselves. In the early morning around 9am, when we were sleeping, the housekeeper just open the door and without knocking and apologize!!!!!!!! Never never come back again!

Location is superb, nice restaurants and cafes nearby, within walking distance of city, main shopping area and 5 mins from Botanic Gardens (free to enter). Quiet bedrooms + good breakfast included in price. Staff on reception could have been quicker to respond, they also charged my friends account with my bill which I'll now have to sort out...

Friendly staff Problems with water supply. One morning I had to wait in the shower for 10 minutes to flush the shampoo, freezing to death. But water supply was not the biggest problem. In this hotel I was heavily bit by fleas! Bite- marks on my face, arms, legs. And the rate was eur 172 per night. Who do they think they are?

The location is really convinient. Both grand place and royal place is in walking distance. Madou metro station is 2 minutes by walking. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast room was cosy. The room was a lot smaller and less clean than I expected it to be. Towels had stains on them. They didnt change the glasses in the room during our stay for 4 nights. Half of the light bulbs and the hair dryer were broken. No shampoo in the room.

Good price for the facilities offered. Satisfactory breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Warm room. Although using the lift I had to use two sets of stairs to get to my room. Left luggage should be stored in a room not near the reception desk.

Welcome was heartful in an old style house (high ceilings) There is a lift but you need to climb at least 40 steps to reach your room. Dusty carpet in the stairway. Old dusty blankets/cover on the bed. Mattress was nearly broken and very uncomfortable. Water sounds from other rooms could be heard very distinctly !! No fridge, no electric kettle. An extra 'city charge' was applied. I never had this in Brussels before.

The location is very good if you want to go the the EU quarter, staff very responsive via email, WIFI good in my room and free, the room was rather small and the hotel is rather budget-class, but all in all I was satisfied, no problems. The bed was not very comfortable.

Everything you need to stay overnight. Room clean and renovated, but not fancy. Elevator got stuck. Just for a few seconds, was easy to get it run again by pressing the buttons, but still those who get in panic easy may get crazy.

Basically, the staff is very helpful The door of bathroom cannot be locked. The smell of the closet is terribly bad, so we do not want to put our suitcase inside. One thing, the first day we arrived before check-in time, and a young staff invited us to have breakfast, we know it is not included in the price because we have not checked in, but he told us it was for free, so we had it. But the last day when we check out, another staff charged us for it. Though after we argued that the first staff's saying it was free, they did not charge us, it remained not a good experience. We would like to pay if we are told we have to pay, but not in the case that we are suggested to have it for free

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gladly answered every question we had. The breakfast was good for being included in the price. Also, it's right next to a metro stop and is just a short walk to the city center and the Central Train Station.

The bed was comfy. Wi-fi worked in the room too. Nice English style. The carpet was extremly filthy, the breakfast was poor. The room really needed a restoration, and didn't smell good.

“My client was satisfied with this hotel. It has very reasonable price and the location is excellent, close to metro station, shopping mall, meeting places and restaurants. It is very clean and compact hotel. Vending machines are available. This is like an appartment where the one who has the key could access into the hotel.” Anita, Brussels |
